Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

A small cottage in a peaceful and private garden with one queen- sized bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony. It is about 6 kilometers east of city center. Ma-Meaw cottage is surrounded by forest trees, vegetable plots and flower beds. Suitable for all travelers who would like to have experience lives with locals as well as people come for business and need a quiet place to relax after a long day. It is also suitable for all freelancers who are looking for a peaceful working space.

We are located in the peaceful area where is around 2-3 kms from the center. Travel with your own transportation (car or motorbike) is highly recommended. Because our house is located amidst nature, it may be unavoidable where guests may encounter insects, ants, or small animals since we try not using chemicals for our safety.

Welcome to our cozy home on Wualai Road, near the South Gate and Old Town. You can walk around, enjoy the calm neighborhood, and visit the local market for delicious food. ​The private house features two single beds, a bathroom with a warm shower, and a microwave, kettle, and utensils for simple meals. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you may smoke outside in the garden. ​While there is no washing machine, you can easily use laundromats at the nearby market.
