All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

The bungalow is located in a beautiful area of the grounds and is centrally located so is an ideal base to explore Cornwall.

Set in 3.5 acres of paradise on the edge of Bodmin moor. A crystal clear stream meanders through woods with two waterfalls, a beautiful lake and bridges. Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. It has its own front and back entrance and is semi-attached to The Grange where we live. Close to Eden project, Polzeath, Rock, Fowey, Cardinham Woods, Camel Bike Trail, Lanhydrock.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines.
