Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

I loved everything about this stay! My husband and I had a great time. Everything is walkable and plenty of quick responding Uber rides. Scooters for rent were plentiful and perfect spot to park them. (Or splurge for a golf cart). We love the Roosters and chickens, I was surprised that there were mention of them in previous reviews they’re part of the deal. I thought they enhanced the experience! There’s not much room for hanging clothes but there was some drawers. The only thing I would add is some command strip or similar fancier clothes hooks on the wall in bedroom. The closet has a nice full length mirror and bathroom had great light and water pressure. Very charming place in a very charming town!

Amazing rental right in the middle all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Home is located in an awesome neighborhood that is walkable, safe and peaceful but close to grocery shopping, Target, restaurants, and the beach. Beach parking was easy through use of the nearby state park or street parking near beach (use Monica’s guidebook for details). The house itself was so, so nice. There is much space to spread out, great kitchen for cooking, and very nice outdoor space with pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and also the board games inside. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.

It’s a great location close to anything you could ever need. The beach, the park, groceries.. you name it it’s there. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place to spend with some friends. There’s a pool and a pool table and lots of other options for games and quality time. To top it off the hosts were super kind and flexible when we requested to stay an additional day because we loved it so much. Definitely would recommend!

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, modern and very clean. The heated pool was everything. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave. The location was just a short ride to all the great locations. The best part was the privacy. We felt we were in our own little private oasis. We would highly recommend!

5/5 Stars - A Home Away from Home in Deerfield Beach! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lee's stunning Airbnb rental in Deerfield Beach, and I couldn't be more impressed! The location is absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw from the beautiful Deerfield beach and a short drive from many other top attractions. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and very comfortable. Lee's exceptional hospitality was the icing on the cake. They were super nice, incredibly responsive to our requests, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were visiting friends in the area and Lee's rental was the perfect base for our adventures. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Deerfield Beach, look no further! Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Loved our rental in Key Colony. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the private pool. The place felt just like home.

Victoria was really easy going and helpful in every aspect I highly recommend Victoria’s place

It is a simple place. And well cleaned. Keep in mind that some of the units do not have kitchens at all. This place is mostly popular for adults staying for a week or more. Easy walk to the beach. 30 minutes walk to Publix and several restaurants cross the bridge. Sofa is not big enough for sleeping. Shower head is fixed so it was not easy for me to wash the sand. Daniel is really easy to reach and welcoming host.

The house was remodeled with modern fixtures and bathrooms beautiful! The photos and description are accurate and Marcelo was very friendly and responsive. We loved being able to bring our dogs for a quick weekend and catching a game with family at Loan Depot Park! I would definitely stay at one of Marcelo's places again!
