We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

Great location! We had an excellent experience at Anne and Thomas's airbnb! The close walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store allowed us to make the very most of our long weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need if you are traveling solo or with another person. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The space is so well thought out and I love the cozy feeling. A perfect retreat while staying in Sarasota! I hope to be back again…thank you so very much!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

House was bigger than it appeared in the listing. Conveniently located to where we needed to be for the long weekend of baseball. Shawn was a great host

Whitney and her home were absolutely amazing and perfect for our family get together celebrating a wedding nearby and a birthday grill out! Everything is brand new and extremely high end. The house was beautiful with everything needed and more. We loved the privacy each room/apartment had to offer while still letting us all be under the same room- so perfect! The outdoor space was AMAZING!! We never wanted to leave the house! The hot tub, pool, and outdoor kitchen were incredible! Whitney was extremely easy to work with, proactive, and extremely responsive to any and all questions we had and was so patient and kind to us. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more and have already talked about wanting to go back because we can’t imagine a better place to stay! It is all so well thought out and labeled and stocked with so many awesome amenities! Thank you so much for a very memorable trip Whitney!!

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Great location! Beautiful view with very active shore frontage of marine mammals. Enjoyed are stay very much, quiet and peaceful but yet close to anything you could possibly need.

We stayed three days. Absolutely loved the house. Everything you could possibly need was there. I thought the main bedroom I stayed in had a very comfortable mattress, I'm very picky too! I definitely recommend this house and the pictures don't really do the justice. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean!!!

We stayed in this beautiful Condo for a week in April. The weather was perfect, the pool was great and the beach is unbelievable. We founds lots of shells and were up to watch the sunrise on one day. Went to the Sanibel Farmers market on Sunday. Ate out but also used the amenities like having a nice kitchen with full sized fridge and coffee maker. Two bathrooms was nice so each of us had our own. This was a meetup spot for me who is from Massachusetts and my sister Kate who is from Wyoming. We’re going to plan to make this an annual event!!thank you

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back
