The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. The Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malverns & Wye are close by.

With Cheltenham only 4.5 miles, Cotswolds nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. There are local dog friendly pubs and more amenities in the surrounding area.

The Annex offers dog friendly accommodation with plenty of outdoor space. It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.

High ceiling really make this a wow space to stay at for a romantic stay away or family holiday.
