Amazing villa! Around 15 minutes from Kuta. BBQ zone, huge garden, fast internet, full furnished kitchen. The only bad thing that there one bathroom in 3BD villa. Would love to stay there for a long time in the next trip.

Very responsive hosts helped with the luggage. Beautiful Villa right on the beach, the stairs were not too bad at 60 and 72 years old we handled it, so can you most likely. Villa was clean with restaurants nearby, we loved it. And again very good host and property management, we would stay there again.

The treehouse was quite special and pretty, and we enjoyed our stay. If you have some adventure spirit and love an out of the box experience this is for you. You are right in the field and your lullaby will be birds singing in the tree, the wind rattling around the house and the leaves, cows in the near by shed, roosters all around, geckos call and some singing from the temple. Saying that we slept amazingly well enjoying the beautiful subrise sky when waling up feeling very close to nature. The beach is rocky and simple, mainly for fishing. The staff super friendly and responsive. We stayed 2 nights and found it a great experience.

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist einfach fantastisch und bietete alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Kadek und Comang, sowie der gesamten Staff waren äußerst hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr gut versorgt. Vielen Dank auch an Putu, der uns bei all unseren Touren zuverlässig und sehr freundlich unterstützte. Wir hoffen wir können bald wiederkommen.

Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

Had an absolutely pleasant stay at Ayu‘s Villa. Ayu and her husband are super nice people and were always available and happy to help us out. Would definetly come back any time because you instantly feel very welcomed at the Place. A true beach house in a great location. A rustic open plan building that connects well with the pool, garden and beach. Good snorkelling right in front of the house. Travellers need to note that only the bottom and top rear bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest of the building including the top front bedroom does not, but it is open to fresh breezes and the sound of the sea. Wyan the senior Vila staff member does a great job of organising anything you want including transport to & from the Villa, scooter hire, laundry etc. Villa staff are excellent. Nengah is an excellent cook and as a result the food at the house was very good. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you to Nengah and the staff of the Bali Beach house.

Die Unterkunft ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Auch die Außenanlage ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück, die Getränke und Snacks sind sehr lecker. Auf der Terasse befindet sich immer eine große Kerraffe mit Trinkwasser. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und helfen einen bei Bedarf (zum Beispiel bei der Organisation von Ausflügen oder ähnlichen). Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit über einen Roller ausgeliehen zum Erkunden der traumhaften Umgebung. Die Straße vor der Unterkunft ist leider ziemlich kaputt und das Befahren der Berge ist auch eine Herausforderung. Das italienische Restaurant "Trattoria", welches sich direkt neben der Haustür befindet, ist ebenfalls großartig. Alles ist super lecker. Besonders spektakulär fanden wir das Riff, welches sich direkt vor der Haustür befindet. Man kann da stundenlang Schnorcheln und sich von den zahlreichen Fischen verzaubern lassen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier wirklich genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Vielen Dank dafür!!

This house in Tejakula was the perfect holiday home for us and our 3 kids. We had the most relaxing holiday we have had in such a long time. Siki was welcoming, helpful, generous and kind. She made us delicious breakfast every day, took our laundry for us and even went to the pharmacy for us when we needed medication. The house was spotless, beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were stunning - imagine having a shower and looking at mountains, palm trees and sometimes lightning in the sky - wow! Siki's cousin also picked us up from the airport and during our stay took us anywhere we wanted to go. The pool was gorgeous and the little beach in front was cleaned every day. Tejakula itself was a great little village - away from the busy tourist areas but also has the Art Zoo which is well worth a visit. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing relaxing experience. xx

I wish i was articulate enough to describe this property, this was a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. When we got there she was totally overwhelmed in what she saw to a point she had tears in her eyes. This accommodation did not disappoint in any area it was amazing. Exactly like the pictures advertised, it was breathtaking. Beautifully furnished attention to detail, stylish and elegant. it was so calming to wake with just the crashing of the waves in the sea to hear and the sounds of nature around you. Along with the most incredible and helpful staff to assist you during the stay made this so perfect. We would just spend hours at night listening to the sea and looking at the stars at night and in the morning greeted by an incredible view and having breakfast cooked for you by the staff. the villa was kept spotless as it was cleaned every morning a fantastic accomadation a fantastic loaction a fantastic set of staff and a fantastic host who simply could not do enough for you.

The hospitality and services are top notch, very grateful to endra and the team for assisting us during our stay. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, fully equipped amenities(plates, cutterly, towel, soap etc) beautiful and breathtaking view. Definitely will come back in the future!

Fantastic villa. The team attending to us was absolutely fantastic and attended to our every need. They even helped with arranging our boat tour and also our transport back to mainland. The villa was beautiful, but to those who do not like bugs, there are many because only the room is fully indoors. All living areas are open concept so in the evenings, mosquitoes can appear even in common areas. Otherwise, the pool and all the facilities were fantastic.

Wonderful villa. Larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for us, a couple, or two couples, or a small family. Anyone with young children needs to be careful at the pool because it is deep. But that was not an issue for us. The hotel which the villa is attached to was very responsive when the electricity and internet went out (at different times) and got both fixed quickly. Free shuttle service too which we used to go to the supermarket and buy food to make breakfasts. Great spa at the hotel! My companion liked the food at the hotel. I didn’t. It was much better than the food at the beach restaurant 50 meters away. I highly recommend The Tenth Table, a short taxi ride, for a really excellent meal. Overall, a really lovely 4 days right on the beach.

Wow, we really loved our stay at Warren's beautifully designed villa. After staying in busy Ubud for a few nights, it was such a delight to relax in this peaceful home and spend some time at the beach. Warren and his wife cooked us amazing meals and catered to my plant-based diet. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. We highly recommend booking at least one massage during your stay. We ended up booking twice since we enjoyed the first so much! Communication prior, during and after check-out was also very clear and detailed. I accidentally left one of my belongings behind and Warren and the team worked with me to find a solution promptly. I'm forever grateful! Everything was very well organized and considered. Definitely book this place if you get the chance. Thank you Warren, Hyang Mi, Putu, Budi, Komang and the rest of the villa crew!

Nous avons eu affaire à un staff excellent d'une gentillesse et d'une douceur incroyable, entièrement dévoué à notre bien-être. La cuisine est excellente très typique et le service toujours avec le sourire, tout ce que nous avons perdu en Europe. Le chauffeur connaît très bien son île il nous a fait découvrir tout le coin en y ajoutant des commentaires avec tous les détails sur le mode de vie balinais. en un mot une semaine de rêve. La maison est extra et la piscine splendide pour les retours d'excursions. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

We all had a wonderful stay with the most beautiful sunsets and views. Being on the ocean was just what we needed. Steep stairs getting to the villa but it was magical.

We had an incredible time here. we came for our honeymoon and they made so many personal touches and surprises for us. Wayan is an incredible house manager. Anything you need, he's the man. he arranged a driver, our private chef, and was always very responsive to any request. We would absolutely come back here. Una villa fantastica letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Una volta aperto il portone di legno della villa, si apre uno scenario meraviglioso: due camere con un grande giardino che affacciano direttamente sul mare. L’interno è arredato con molto gusto così come le aree esterne. C’è un piccolo cancello per accedere direttamente alla spiaggia, dove è possibile avere privacy e dove l’acqua è davvero molto bella. Un posto perfetto dove staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza dell’isola. Vicino ci sono molti locali e ristoranti davvero ottimi, oltre a diving center e il porto (a soli 5 minuti di macchina). Lo raccomando al 100%!
