Το κατάλυμα είναι παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι. Έχει ένα δωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και μία κουζίνα. Βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 2000m. Είναι ανεξάρτητο και μοναδικό στο χώρο με αποτέλεσμα την ησυχία και απομόνωση των φιλοξενούμενων.Είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την θάλασσα ,μέσα από ένα παραδοσιακό δρομάκι.Επίσης είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του λιμανιού που υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφετέριες σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ αλλά και στάση λεωφορείου και ταξί.Το έδαφος είναι επίπεδο και δεν υπάρχουν σκαλιά.

90 τμ σπίτι με 20 τμ. υπόγεια αποθήκη, με ΜΕΓΆΛΕΣ βεράντες. Ιδανικό για 5 επισκέπτες . Διαθέτει ενα aircontition στο σαλόνι και ενα στο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο παιδικό δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός επειδή είναι βόρειο κ δεν το βλέπει ο ήλιος... είναι πολυ κοντά στην Παραλια, εχει απεριόριστη θεα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμανι. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα στο λιμάνι , οι κήποι, το περιβόλι, δέντρα ( λεμονιές, κ.α) . μεγάλο μπανιο, άνετη κουζινα. 2 ανετες κρεβατοκάμαρες..

το σπιτάκι to spitaki (the little house)

Recently restored, to spitaki (our little house) is full of charm! The walls are more than 50 cm thick, the floor is the original stone- paved floor, the openings (doors and windows) are the original small ones, the hight is exactly the same, we tried to keep it as untouched as possible! Only ten square meters interior leaving space with a beautiful yard to spend your affternoon. Two minutes walk to the beach, the beautiful sandy beach of Kamares, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset!

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

The apartments are in Kamares, located in the neighborhood of Agia Marina (or “Pera Panda” as the locals call it), overlooking the port and the sea, and is a three minutes’ walk away from the beach. Kamares is the port of the island, a very lively village during summer, with a nice long sandy beach, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. During sundown enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets Cyclades have to offer.
