Excellent séjour dans la maison de Anne et Nicolas, environnement exceptionnel pour les enfants, centre équestre et ferme pédagogique au pied de la maison. Anne et Nicolas sont des hôtes très charmants et très accueillants, communication fluide. La maison est agréable à vivre, pièce de vie très lumineuse et spacieuse Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à la campagne. Merci

c'est un endroit que je conseille fortement Jean-Philippe et sa compagne ont été d'un accueil exceptionnel c'est un endroit magnifique avec un potentiel incroyable j'envie les personnes qui seront la, la semaine prochaine car j'avais hâte d'y revenir. à

We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

J'ai réservé la maison de Christine pour fêter un anniversaire avec quelques amies, dont certaines étaient accompagnées de leurs enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet environnement naturel exceptionnel et dans ce magnifique cadre que nous offre la maison de Christine. Nous y reviendrons volontiers. Les grands extérieurs sont très agréables, et la maison offre de grands espaces,ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir sa zone de confort. J'étais cependant contente d'avoir avec moi des enfants plutôt grands (supérieur à 6 ans) car sinon, la quantité d'objets décoratifs et très tentants à manipuler pour de jeunes enfants aurait pu générer un peu de stress pour moi. Je termine en répétant que j'ai été ravie de cette location ainsi que de la disponibilité de Christine tout au long du séjour pour répondre à mes interrogations.

Notre séjour a été des plus charmants et reposants ! Nous avons pu profiter du feu de cheminé et des matins calmes, la maison est très bien décorée et confortable ! Accueil très chaleureux ! Les environs proposent un grand nombre de jolis villages, de chateaux et de balades.

Cadre très agréable, maison au décor chaleureux et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour se ressourcer en famille. Notre enfant a adoré le grand jardin au calme et les jeux qui s'y trouvent (toboggan, balançoire..) Hôtes gentils et réactifs. Cuisine très bien équipée, et chose que nous apprécions particulièrement, on peut déjà y trouver sur place sel, poivre, épices, huile, café... Au niveau des visites à faire à proximité, la très belle abbaye de Bec-Hellouin, située dans le joli village du même nom, quelques châteaux, un zoo à 40 minutes de route qui ravira vos enfants. Que du bonheur !
