We loved staying at Noël's! The apartment was exactly as described, the top floor of a gorgeous house, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony (delicious muffins and yogurt and cereal provided, plus everything for coffee!). Everything was so cute and comfortable and we loved perusing all the books. Parking was very easy, right on the street, and the park across the street was so fun to run/hike around. Easy to walk to great spots for coffee and lunch. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming home. The location truly is perfect - we walked over to the Seaport one day and took many walks into the downtown area for shopping, meals at amazingly good restaurants, ice cream, and bake shops. Anthony and Kelly were wonderful hosts - the home was just as described and their communication was clear and friendly- just what you want from hosts. We couldn't have asked for more and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location and stay

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

This was the best stocked Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. If you forgot to bring something, not to worry it was here. The view of the Hudson river in that region is unmatched. You will not find any more scenic. Clean, modern open floor plan that lets in plenty of light to allow the full experience of the extraordinary view. It is not far from the historic and notorious Sing Sing correctional facility. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Consiglio questo appartamento quando si vuole avere un punto di riferimento tranquillo a pochi min da NYC. Raggiungere NY è semplicissimo e si hanno varie soluzioni, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo con app NJ Transit nel controllare l'orario del passaggio dei vari bus alle fermate molto vicine alla casina di Derby. Molto attento nel rendere il soggiorno gradevole ai suoi ospiti ed il riposo notturno in pieno relax dopo giornate di visite in città. Consiglio di visitare anche Union City ed il New Jersey noi siamo stati al Liverty Park ed abbiamo goduto dello splendido skyline visibile in vari punti della Città. Abbiamo soggiornato con una bimba di 8 anni di età e Derby ha avuto mille attenzioni per tutti. un abbraccio Derby spero di risentirci presto. big big kisses i due Alex e la piccola M.Francisca

Andrea was a great host! very impressed with her customer service skills. I felt right at home. Check in was super smooth and her humble abode was very clean, I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Andrea's place.

This getaway was very last minute and there was huge importance on it because I needed some time away and because I had never booked an Airbnb before. I wanted to make sure that my family and I were able to be someplace peaceful and have a really good time and Brian’s home provided just that. The stay was so much more than we expected and Brian was absolutely amazing. He’s super responsive and accommodating. Hoping to stay here again in the near future!

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

Hope was hands down the most communicative and thoughtful homeowner I've ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. She had every possible concern already considered and ready to address, and she was extremely understanding of case-by-case needs unique to the current guests. I will most likely be finding time to stay at Hope's property again, as she was caring from start to end, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable property to spend one-or many- nights at. Thank you again for hosting us, and I hope we have the opportunity to book through your place again!

Troy and Dana, you have a beautiful home; the house itself surpassed our expectations from the pictures. I have stayed in quite a few air b&bs on trips now and this one has by far got to be my favorite! It had all the amenities, it was super clean, it was private and relaxing, and overall gorgeous. The communication was excellent as well, and really thoughtful of you to let us do what we needed to do for our bachelorette weekend. The house even made it into our end of the trip highlights for the weekend!! We had a great stay and it’s a good location to drive into many different places around Rhode Island too. Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.
