Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Comodissima anche a chi frequenta l'università e a tutti i luoghi di interesse storico, a pochi minuti a piedi dai teatri di Ravenna. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per effettuare la colazione dolce.
