Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

Enjoy a private remodeled front room studio in a cozy home built in the 1900's. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown (walking time) with nearby hot spots, including: Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Colts), Bankers Life Field House (home of the Pacers), City Market, and Georgia Street. You will also be only 10 minutes from the cultural district of Fountain Square, which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, bars & parks

My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

Woodruff Place Carriage House

The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.
