The windows in the living room just frame the stunning surroundings. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast with this view in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with every amenities that you may expect. The location is close to the slopes and town. We definitely enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment! Charmant appartement, parfait pour famille avec un enfant. Le sejour est agreable, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le centre est accessible a pied, les telecabines aussi (10 minutes de marche). L'hote etait tres reactif aussi, merci et au plaisir de revenir :)

Logement idéalement placé. A proximité immédiate des premières remontées (domaine débutant de Savoy). A 5’ à pied du centre de Chamonix, des commerces, restaurants et des navettes de bus pour les différents domaines. Le logement est agréable et conforme à la description. Propreté irréprochable. Cependant, au niveau de l’espace, il nous a semblé que 4 adultes devaient se sentir un peu à l’étroit (nous étions 3, avec notre fille de 16 ans) dans l’espace de vie.

Hôte très aimable et accueillant, propose de très bon restaurant. Sans parler du logement impeccable et vue magnifique. Correspond totalement à la description. Un séjour hors du temps.

Super communication avec l’hôte - toutes les infos transmises au préalable - serviable. Logement bien organisé - une ch double au rdc ( donc au 1er étage du bâtiment) et celle avec 3 lits simples à l’étage avec une salle d’eau avec wc adjacente. Plus salle de bain complète au rdc. Belle terrasse. Super U accessible en qqinutes. Station houches et chamonix très vite accessibles. ( 7 min et 12 min en voiture). Ravie de mon choix!

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Très belle semaine du jour de l'an avec neige et soleil sublimée par la très belle vue du châlet sur la vallée et la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. Hôte très accueillante, attentionnée et réactive pendant le séjour. Châlet bien équipé. Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre amis dans cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est décoré avec soin et l’ambiance est chaleureuse. L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. La chambre matrimoniale est vraiment magnifique et très spacieuse, un vrai plus ! Et mention spéciale pour le pommeau de douche, on a adoré ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

Super séjour malgré le temps peu clément. Accueil très bien et logement bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Un jardin très agréable et très bien installé.

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Le studio est parfait pour un week-end pour un couple. Très bien équipé!! La vue est magnifique et la terrasse très agréable. Merci pour ce séjour! Cependant à noter, il s’agit d’un canapé lit donc pas le plus confortable.

Logement à proximité des pistes. Très pratique pour ceux qui veulent skier. Le domaine du grand massif est vraiment top. Appartement de très bon rapport qualité prix. David est très réactif et donnent beaucoup d'informations de l'arrivée au départ. Je recommande.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Toujours un plaisir de revenir dans ce joli appartement au centre ville. Pas besoin de la voiture, à plein centre ville très animé en fin de journée et en même temps, logement très agréable, très paisible, où il y fait bon vivre. Nous signons déjà pour l'année prochaine.

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine

Excellent séjour chez Nadine et Cameron, le logement était au top, super bien équipé. En voyageant avec 2 bébés, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nadine et Cameron sont des hôtes absolument charmants! Ils ont laissé des petites attentions à notre arrivée, ainsi qu'un guide très complet sur les activités à faire dans la région. Le petit jardin était un vrai plus pour les enfants, très agréable par beau temps. Le lac est à 5mn à pied, et de nombreux endroits magnifiques sont à moins d'une heure de route. En résumé, un super séjour dans un logement au top! Si nous revenons dans la région, ce sera chez eux !

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
