The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, center and shops.

Coming up to the biggest Amalfi lemon garden, the villa enjoys one of the most suggestive panorama of the 'Divina'. The view extends to the Byzantine bell tower, 'campanile', and reaches the village of Conca dei Marini, where it is possible to admire the thousand-year-old Saracen tower, the so-called Torre dello Ziro.
