Wow. This private escape Garth and Rebecca have decided to share is just beautiful. From the moment we got there it was peaceful. Garth and Rebecca are very responsive and willing to help with any questions you might have. Everything is thought of down to the smallest details. I honestly can't say enough good things about my stay! Thank you to Garth and Rebecca for sharing this wonderful escape with us and we will definitely be coming again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings made it a great escape from the city. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The black fox cabin was beautiful with luxury nature vibes. Great for a relaxing weekend get away to recharge the soul.

Michael and Margaret are great hosts. We head up to their place every winter now for a little cottage country escape. They are super responsive and helpful. Their place is warm, cozy, and has a great hot tub under the stars (and under the snow if you’re lucky). We’ll be back again!

I would 100% stay here again. The apartment was fantastic, extremely clean and cozy! We didn't have many concerns or requirements during our stay, so we didn't have much interaction with Marsha outside of our check in and check out instructions. Check in was super easy and directions were clear. Check out was also extremely simple and had extremely basic requests for checking out. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would for sure recommend staying with Marsha.

I had the best time at Sarah's place. It was so relaxing and and peaceful, I really needed to get away from the city and work and just take some time to unwind and relax. The beach cabin was a delight to stay in, everything was decorated so well and the hot tub and sauna helped us to decompress! There is a bbq to cook on and everything inside is spotless and pristine. It's a great place to visit for a girls trip or to reconnect with your partner! I can't wait to go back.

The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances one could hope for. All of the beds were very comfortable with clean bedding. The house boasts a perfect view of the lake and is peacefully tucked into the forest. Our family stayed to visit Sandhills Nursery nearby for Easter activities for the kids. The house is also driving distance to a lot of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was really cute and perfect for a romantic week-end! It was cozy and with vinyls we could listen to some ambiance music. There was an LCBO near so we got really nice Ontario wines. Only down for us was the matress for my husband who has back problems. Me, I don't so it was ok. Ruth-Ann and Bobby were really responsive and nice. Très joli chalet pour une fin de semaine de couple. Un bon verre de vin, musique avec des vinyles et reste juste à profiter du patio.

We had a great stay at Stella’s place! Everything was as described. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to Bala and Gravenhurst. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would stay here again!

We had such a great time both indoors and outdoors. In the sunshine we were able to explore the property and on rainy days we were able to enjoy the indoor space playing pool and endless boardgames. Would highly recommend this cozy space!

Patricia was a helpful host, very friendly and accommodating. Her place was peaceful, had a beautiful lake view. It was cute, cozy with rustic vibes. It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Also, the location is close to Screaming Heads and different hiking trails perfect for seeing the autumn foliage.

Enjoyed our stay at Glenn Burney Lodge. Owner was very helpful and communicative, proximity to restaurant was great, privacy and seclusion of cabin made us comfortable on a first trip with our dog that he wasn’t going to annoy others if he barked a lot (which he didn’t…yay!). Overall, a very positive experience.

We booked the airbnb very last minute and Lixin reached out to us promptly and gave us clear instructions. The cottage is stunning , it actually looks better than the pictures. overall, we had a wonderful weekend over there.

My husband and I had a really lovely time here for my birthday. It was the perfect weekend getaway from the city; private, quiet, and surrounded by trees in beautiful Baysville. Our dogs loved being able to run around the property and go on daily walks to the lake. The cottage itself was cozy and charming and had all the modern comforts we could need. The bathroom was especially nice! Though it was a chilly/rainy weekend, we stayed warm by the fire, used the SmartTV to catch up on shows, and powered our way through a thousand piece puzzle! All in all very relaxing. The hosts were also friendly, responsive and flexible; we’d book again!

I want to sincerely thank Taylor and Jenna for such a wonderful experience. The cabin was absolutely amazing—the layout is thoughtfully designed to fully immerse you in the beauty of the surrounding nature. If you're looking to disconnect from the chaos of city life, this is the perfect retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace and calm. One of the highlights was the forest walk included in the stay. Although it’s a self-guided experience, Taylor and Jenna have clearly marked every possible trail, making it easy to explore without worrying about getting lost. Finding our way back to the cabin was always simple and stress-free. Best of all, we were able to enjoy this five-star adventure with our beloved Leo, our 1-year-old golden retriever. It meant so much to share these moments with him. We truly hope to return again soon!

It was great staying Misty River Cabin. The area was beautiful. My family enjoyed the stay and our dog love all the outdoor space to play fetch. Close drive to bracebridge made this location perfect for us as it allowed us to visit some of the local breweries there. The Cabin itself was beautiful and cozy. Would definitely come back in the future.

Nrupas cottage was more than what we expected! The location was perfect, the cottage is more like a house, the layout was perfect for gathering friends and family. The deck is huge and plenty of seating. There’s a fire pit with lots of seating. The bunkie is great for more privacy. There’s canoes, kayaks and a paddle boat…the lake is gorgeous. The neighbours are friendly. Comfy beds, We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing Cottage! Ron was very kind and helpful, he accommodated some of our last minute request with no hesitation. The property is simply beautiful, just like the descriptions. The town is just 8 mins drive and you have everything you need. My doggo had the best time. The property is sufficiently secluded and has privacy. The lakefront view was truly stunning! Every room and just everything was well organized and clean. We would love to come back!

Cynthia and Steve truly went above and beyond to make both my fiancé and me feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They made sure everything was taken care of for our entire weekend stay, anticipating any needs we might have and being incredibly accommodating. The cabin itself was an absolute gem – cozy, warm, and exactly as described, offering the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We had such a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

We loved our stay! The cabin was exactly as described – clean, modern, and well-equipped. Stephen was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

Nicole was a fantastic host. Her place was super cozy and well supplied, has everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. Highly recommend staying at boom-shack-a-la. 11/10.

We spent labor day weekend at the bunkie and absolutely loved it! It had everything we need with incredible views. The outdoor shower was lovely.
