Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Κατά την χειμερινή περίοδο σας περιμένουμε στην θαλπωρή του αναμμένου τζακιού με δωρεάν παροχή καυσόξυλων. Η πισίνα σε λειτουργία από 17 Απριλίου!!

Ειναι στα 30 μετρα απο την θαλασσα τελειως απομονωμενο και λειτουργει με αυτονομο φωτοβολταικο συστημα περιορισμένης κατανάλωσης ρεύματος . είναι απαγορευτικό η χρήση συσκευής άνω των 1000vatt ,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, , κτλ η παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι καθαρίζετε συχνά απο τοπικούς φορείς αλλα υπάρχει η πιθανότητα με ένα δυνατό αέρα να βγάλει λιγα σκουπίδια επίσης τα τελευταία τριακόσια μέτρα δρόμου θέλει πολύ προσοχη είναι απότομη κατηφόρα και Μερικές φορές λίγο κατεστραμενος μετά από βροχή
