My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!
