Mini appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Bello il bagno con comoda e ampia doccia. Particolarmente apprezzabile l’ampia terrazza dove poter cenare e rilassarsi al fresco

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Very nice - had a great time - hosts were very helpful!

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean. We had a very good stay. Pierpaolo was very nice and helpful when we needed something. I recommend this accommodation!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war einwandfrei und es war ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Traumhafte und ruhige Lage mit einem sehr großen Grundstück. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare überdachte Terrasse. Die Nähe zum Meer und zur Altstadt von Fano sind perfekt. Wir waren nur zu zweit in diesem Haus und haben die Atmosphäre und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Den nächsten Urlaub wollen wir wieder dort verbringen. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit Nik und Lirim.

La signora è gentile e sempre molto attiva nella comunicazione. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. 100 metri dal mare. Dispone anche di parcheggio auto. (Avrei solo aggiunto una tenda sul finestrone che dà sull’esterno, altrimenti tutto visibile si passanti o necessario tenere serranda abbassata a metà). Consigliato 👍🏻

Die Marken: Italiens unbekannte Perle. Wer das authentische Italien sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Man findet in der Region unzählige historische Bergdörfer und Städte umsäumt von herrlicher Natur, leckeres Essen und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Verenas schönes und gemütliches Haus befindet sich mitten in dieser Natur - wunderbar für Leute die Ruhebedürftig und Naturfreaks sind. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Rustico mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Das Haus ist sauber, das Interieur modern und komfortabel. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen - unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz.

L’appartamento di Barbara è stupendo, pulito e accogliente. Barbara è una persona gentilissima, precisa e simpatica. Consiglio vivamente!!

Lella è stata una host sollecita nelle risposte e nelle nostre richieste. Il posto è incantevole, in una parte delle Marche collinare e ricca di tutte le sfumature che il verde possa offrire. La casa è molto ampia, con cucina ben organizzata e dotata di quanto può servire per cucinare; adattissima a gruppi di amici, anche numerosi. Da consigliare

Stedet passet perfekt for oss, en familie med to små barn og besteforeldre som skulle på en ukes høstferie i Rimini-området. Rolige omgivelser, gangavstand til det meste, egen parkering og stor uteplass. Anbefales!

Angelika has very good coordinated for our stay. They served breakfast as agreed before the booking. Rooms were neat and clean well prepared before our visit. I will recommend the place for good price stay!

La casa dei sogni se vuoi vivere un'esperienza in stile "TUSCANY"!! Una villa con piscina, adagiata tra i colli dell'appennino marchigiano, vicina ad un paesino rinascimentale, arroccato sulla collina adiacente. Uscita della superstrada a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico aspetto della sistemazione che non è indicato, è la scala a chiocciola, molto ripida e stretta; infatti mio padre, di 88 anni, ha dormito al piano terra sul divano letto, ma non ci sono stati problemi di sorta, anche perchè l'unico bagno, si trova pure al piano terra. Una sistemazione romantica, silenziosa e pittoresca, sicura anche con dei bambini, visto che intorno ci sono solo dei campi fioriti... Consigliatissima!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

I have lived here fro 4 months. The apartment is clean, has a lot of beds, the kitchen has all equipment necessary (microwave, plates, coffee machine etc..), two balconies (with good views over Igea Marina and with San Marino visible), the train station is 10 minutes of walk away, the bus stop is about 7 minutes of walk away, the beach is very close, there is a small grocery store right in front of the house and a big grocery store 20 minutes of walk away and a park 10 minutes of walk away. The area is very quiet and safe, not a lot of people during winter.

Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno. L'occasione era un weekend di intenso studio in vista di un esame importante e la casa ci ha aiutato a sentirci a nostro agio. Tutto super pulito e confortevole. Eravamo in due ragazze e la suddivisione su due piani ci ha permesso di avere la nostra privacy ma anche di ritrovarci nella cucina insieme per condividere momenti assieme.Sergio si é mostrato subito molto affabile e disponibile e consigliamo al 100% questo alloggio.

Wir (4 Erwachsen, ein Kind und ein Baby) waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben es von der ersten Sekunde an geliebt. Das erste Treffen mit Michael und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich und willkommen. Diese Herzlichkeit hat sich durch den gesamten Urlaub gezogen. Alle Räume in unserer Unterkunft waren extrem sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über den Pool gefreut, von dem wir erst am Ankunftstag erfahren haben. Wir bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch hatte einer von uns während des Urlaubs Geburtstag und auch da wurde ihm einen Kleinigkeit überreicht. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, aber leider reicht der Platz nicht aus. Für uns war es der beste Airbnb Urlaub, den wir je gemacht haben. Jeder, der die Möglichkeit hat dort Urlaub zu machen, sollte diese nutzen. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
