Ferienunterkünfte in Rocca d'Evandro

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und Check in und Checkout waren einfach und kontaktlos. Der Blick von der Terrasse war beeindruckend. Generell ist es ein besonderes Erlebnis durch die kleinen Gassen zu laufen und die alten, teilweise nicht mehr bewohnten Steinhäuser zu betrachten. Die Gegend war angenehm ruhig und wir konnten super schlafen. Auch unser Hund war zufrieden, da er sich in dem „Innenhof“, bzw. auf der Terrasse frei bewegen konnte. Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner war auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, falls sich die Gelegenheit bieten sollte.

Carolina was not only welcoming and friendly with great instructions on getting to her place, she actually led us to a great restaurant personally, as we were starving! Great stay. Beautiful home with awesome panoramic views of Cassino. Highly recommend.

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Attilio! The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped – perfect for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location is ideal, with stunning views across the valley and easy access to both Sora and Avezzano for shops, restaurants, and local bars. Our host, Pierpaolo, was absolutely brilliant – friendly, responsive, and full of helpful advice throughout our stay. The villa is also perfectly positioned for a walking holiday, with everything from gentle trails in nearby national parks (like the impressive Riserva Zompo lo Schioppo) to more demanding routes such as the hike up to Serra Alta (1720m) via Rifugio Sambucito. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Highly recommended – we’d happily return!

La casa mulino ci ha soddisfatti completamente, struttura carinissima in pieno relax. È stato come essere a casa con tutte le comodità ed un camino splendido. La zona molto tranquilla anche per il periodo in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Sicuramente durante la bella stagione è tutto più movimentato ed i sentieri più praticabili ma comunque il panorama resta mozzafiato. Bisogna arrivare preparati poiché in zona non ci sono supermercati e per fare una spesa un po’ più sostanziosa bisogna scendere verso valle ma comunque fattibile. Le passeggiate sono tranquille e rilassanti ed anche la nostra cagnolina Zoe si è trovata benissimo. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente. Grazie infinite a Monica e Giovanni, super disponibili ed accoglienti.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. On our way back to Naples, we planned a stop at the legendary Franco Pepe’s Pepe in Grani—but the real highlight came afterward: a hidden gem in the countryside. The 200-year-old house is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort—beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Surrounded by views, farm animals, and orange trees, it was so peaceful we wished we’d based our whole trip here. The hosts, Ilaria and her husband, were incredibly warm and thoughtful—like old friends. He picked fresh oranges, she made juice, and they even brought us fresh cheese and bread for breakfast. A tour of their farm was the cherry on top. With small shops and cozy local cafes nearby, this place was simply perfect. A true hidden gem!

Nadia’s place is truly a home from home and so much more! The cottage is well placed to visit the mountains and the coast as well as some amazing historic sites. Nadia provides all the equipment you need for a self catering break as well as great recommendations for local restaurants and bars.

Host come Silvana e Giuseppe sono una rarità, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, premurosi ed accoglienti. Abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimi, coccolati all'arrivo da un dolce buonissimo preparato in casa, alcune uova fresche per la nostra bimba ed il calore del camino. La casa è perfetta ed i dintorni incantevoli, ideale per passeggiate in montagna alla scoperta di luoghi nascosti ed ameni laghetti dove tranquillità e relax sono la parola chiave. Che dire, ci siamo innamorati! Consigliamo vivamente la visita del posto ed il soggiorno da Silvana, non ve ne pentirete!
