It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 2 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Αγρόκηπος - Εξοχικό διαμέρισμα με θέα (3)

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο, περιτριγυρισμένο από ελαιώνα και κήπο. Στο λόφο πάνω από το χωριό των Ροβιών σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό και την παραλία (χωματόδρομος σε καλή κατάσταση). Η Ντίνα και ο Τάκης θα σας φιλέψουν φρούτα και λαχανικά, ενώ μπορείτε να κάνετε το δικό σας μπάρμπεκιου στην αυλή του συγκροτήματος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 3 σκυλιά και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).

Ένα εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στον 2ο όροφο νεόδμητης οικοδομής μόλις 20 μέτρα από θάλασσα έχοντας πανοραμική θέα. Κατάλληλο για έως και 5 ανθρώπους. Αποτελείται από δύο δωμάτια, στο ένα υπάρχει ένα μονό κι ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο μία μικρή κουζίνα και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ότι είναι απαραίτητο για μία άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή καθώς είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με σίτες, ηλεκτρικές εστίες, τραπέζι εσωτερικού κι εξωτερικού χώρου, tv, a/c, ψυγείο.
