We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

Een hele fijne locatie in de natuur. Je kijkt uit op een vijver waar heel veel leuke en mooie dieren te zien zijn. Je kan zien dat er veel liefde in dit verblijf is gestopt. We voelden ons thuis en hebben genoten. Als je van natuur houdt dan is dit een aanrader!

This place was perfect! Great location walking distance to Walmart and right next to the highway for Disney World. Great amenities.

We had stayed at Jonathan's place two years prior, and were so pleased, we booked it again for this past week. The location is off the main road - quiet, nice areas to walk, etc - but very close to all the Disney attractions and restaurants. Since we were last at Jonathan's home, he has done some nice updates, which made the place look fresh and new. Jonathan was also very prompt in responding to any messages I sent - always very friendly, helpful and professional. If we come down to the Orlando area again, we will definitely book this place!!

Marissa was very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely a place that I would return to for a peaceful downtime retreat. It is also relatively close to different things to stay busy with.

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

We loved this place so much. Extremely close to tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. Getting to Disney and Universal was a pleasure from here. Perfect little home. My only suggestion would be to eventually look into a better/more comfortable couch. Otherwise it was the perfect stay, truly!

2nd visit and just as good as the 1st visit. Very well appointed, with everything needed for a nice visit. Animals on farm are just a bonus for hours of enjoyment.

We loved our time here!! The kitchen had plenty so it was easy for us to cook whatever we had wanted! Perfect for visiting the springs :)

The cottage is cozy and great for a single person or a couple. My fiancé and I were quite comfortable. A nice bonus was the fenced and private back patio. I was able to take work calls and do a load of laundry - handy! Though this cottage is located toward the back, behind the main house, it felt very private and quiet. There was a couple staying in the main house and other than saying our friendly hellos, we had our space and they had theirs. The surrounding neighborhood is a true gem. The Riverwalk can be seen from the driveway and it’s just a short walk away. The bay and view of downtown are lovely, and the homes along the way are so gorgeous. Felt very safe; a nice way to get your steps in. There are small centers nearby and though we didn’t have as much time to explore since we were both working, we hit upon an awesome Thai restaurant just a 3 min walk away that was surrounded by a number of other places that looked promising as well. A lovely part of town overall!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

We had a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer! the location is an easy walk to good food, museums, and shopping plug there's a trolley tour stop just around the corner. the house was perfect with all the right amenities, and the host was very helpful for any questions we had as well as proactive about letting us know anything that might pop up.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

This is our second time renting this home because it’s so great! It’s also the perfect location for my son’s tennis training. Krista always responds quickly with any questions. One of these days I’m gonna use that beautiful backyard. Maybe when I come back in August.

5 Stars – For our 4 Night Perfect Stay in Palm Coast, Florida, at 111! We had a wonderful stay in Palm Coast! The lake was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful backdrop. The pool was a bit cold, but still very nice and refreshing. The home itself was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

It was so nice and very clean. It had everything you could want,,,, it felt like our home away from home. Such attention to detail! Very beautiful. And the price was amazing!! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort. And close to many nice places. Tha k you for a great stay!!

Rebecca and Steve's place was perfect for my trip! It was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and close to the A1A. They have plenty of fans + cooling agents so I was never hot or uncomfortable during my stay. They were extremely responsive when I notified them of my arrival and the place was clean and welcoming. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen! Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay here was great! Jeff was incredibly responsive and allowed both an early check in and late check out. This home is a great location if you are looking to attend an event at dog sports unlimited, it took less than 15 minutes to drive there. It also only took about 20 minutes to get to the beach. Wonderful stay! Wonderful host!

My family and I had a great time at dawns home! Very cute house on the corner of the spring water canal. We loved using the kayaks and the water mat they provided. She responded to any question I had and she also went out of her way to quickly refill the propane tank for us so we could use the grill.

Jim’s place is a great laid back place to stay and relax. Jim let us know it was okay to check in early, which was a great option to have and greatly appreciated! The house is adorable and exactly as described. We will definitely stay again if we get back to the Tampa area!
