We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

Christina's house was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I need a kitchen to prepare my meals (special diet), and the kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed the screened-in back patio overlooking the large back yard. The area was peaceful and quiet. I hope that I get a chance to stay here again.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—clear communication, easy check-in, and a space that exceeded all expectations. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was close to plenty of restaurants & attractions. Definitely 10 out of 10, we would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate Easter with my family including our dogs. The home was very clean and comfortable. There are 2 very good dog friendly restaurants within a five minute walk. The location was so convenient to St. Augustine old town an easy walk over the bridge of loins. The neighborhood was safe and quite. We walked the dogs at night and early in the morning it was beautiful. The home has a lovely fenced in back yard that was so convenient with the dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pots, nice pots and pans everything you need to cook a complete meal. I can’t say enough good things about this home. The check in was so simple no problems at all. I could go on and on. We loved it. Landra was fast in responding to my text messages and she gave us some good tips on restaurant selection in the area.

Nice place to stay with kids. Close to everything and lots to do at the airport bnb on down days. Host was very responsive and even checked in with us after our arrival to ensure a smooth check in.

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

Great place to stay especially with a large group of people. Beautifully decorated and amenities were top notch. The home was exactly as described and spotlessly cleaned. The location was perfect with easy access to local attractions.

Jens place is across the street from the beach! She supplied beach chairs and an umbrella which made our beachtime lovely. The pool area is serene & relaxing - the area had comfy chairs in the shade. Jen gave us many recommendations for food and shopping. Jax (dog) is very friendly - we had fun playing frisbee with him. This was a great relaxing retreat. We hope to return.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome! The private pool and stunning lake view truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The townhome itself was not only comfortable but also had a cozy, home-like feel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Michael’s house for 5 days with my family; husband and 3 kids, and our two mothers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms, and bathrooms were large and comfortable. My mother in law loved to sit with a cup of coffee on the front porch every morning. Our kids loved the pool and the hut tub. My husband and I took our dog for a long walk every morning in the adjacent neighborhoods or right into town or to the waterfront. Since it was seven of us we cooked a good amount in the large, sun lit kitchen, which had everything we needed to make some great meals. All in all we had a terrific stay, and Michael’s house was perfect!

It was exactly how it was described. Perfect for a chill, getaway. It was very spacious and private. The owners where very friendly and responded to anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Vicky was super helpful with explaining how to locate the property as well as any concerns that may have arisen. Very friendly and honest. The property is very much a cabin, with wildlife and a nice scenic drive to and from. This is a gem in the area. Centrally located to many must see destinations. I most enjoyed feeling as if I was camping instead of a tourist while I visited the area. I plan on returning whenever I am in the area.

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

Me encantó el alojamiento, inclusive extendimos la estadía. La casa es divina, las camas son muy cómodas, y el patio es muy grande. Karen solucionó todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos por ejemplo no había aspiradora y ella envió una nueva. Volvieria a quedarme en este alojamiento sin dudas. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la piscina no es climatizada, pero por suerte hace calor así que se puede usar

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.
