A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. No shared areas. This apartment is located in a separate area of the house with a private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” smart tv, dresser, closet, and 2 nightstands. The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. Private back patio

A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
