Ferienunterkünfte mit Frühstück in Schwabing-West

Wir durften hier eine Nacht verbringen. Kerstin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste. Auch ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstück gab es am nächsten Tag. Liebe Kerstin, vielen Dank für alles! ☺️

Dorothea hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Umland mit direkter S-Bahn-Anbindung nach München genossen!

Es war super nett bei Rita. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Jedes Gespräch war unterhaltsam und ich habe eine Menge toller Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Danke dafür.

Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit von Ingo spürt man von der ersten Sekunden an. Hier kommt man als Gast und geht als Freund. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer sehr gut gelegenen und unglaublich geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Unterkunft. Ingo steht jederzeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen für Ausflugsziele zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme ganz bestimmt wieder.

If you want the best of both worlds in Munich, proximity to nature and a fast connection to the center then this is the place! The house is located really close to the S3 Sbanh Station which takes you right in the heart of Munich in no time. In the mornings or evenings if you take a walk around you can spot deer and pheasants nearby😍. Susanne and Manfred are amazing hosts and made me feel like home. They have a stylish home and a beautiful garden. Also they can provide great tips about hiking spots and places to visit. Whenever I travel to Munich this is the place where I stay.

It was wonderful staying at Uwe & Carla. Uwe went above and beyond as a host and can only recommend his home. Location is great 5 minutes to S-Bahn for direct connection to city centre of Munich without having to change.

Stayed during a business trip to the fair and hotel prices are sky high. Franziska's place was within walking distance (ca 30 min), mostly through a lovely park. The room was spacious, as described, with a separate bathroom for my own use. If you need it dark to sleep bring an eye mask. The WLAN was excellent. It was comfortable to chat with Franziska and she was very respectful about my needs. She was very sweet and made me a coffee each morning. This was the first time that I stayed in a room in someone's apartment, so I was a little unsure. But Franziska made me feel comfortable and it was a good experience.

Ich habe mich bei Hidemi sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Zimmer war gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Hidemi ist sehr freundlich und empfängt einen herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und ermöglicht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in München. Vielen Dank! 😊 🙏

Great location for visiting the Messe. We came for Bauma and were able to take Public Transport for a super quick connection, and avaid the car/parking headaches.

Le AirBnB de Franz est le meilleur que je n'ai jamais eu. J'ai voyagé à plusieurs endroits dans le monde, et même les hôtels n'arrivaient à surpasser notre expérience chez Franz. Il est un hôte incroyable, attentionné. Durant notre séjour, il a mis à notre dispositions dans notre chambres, des bouteilles d'eau, des fruits, des petits chocolats Lindt, orient et même une bouteille de vin. la journée de notre arrivés, comme nous arrivions d'un autre destination, nous avions des vêtements à laver. Il a insisté pour faire notre lavage. Il a même plier nos vêtements. À tous les matins, il nous a fait des déjeuner gastronomiques remarquables. Si vous avez une place à aller, c'est chez Franz.

Anja was an amazing and so helpful host. She made us feel right at home and I couldn’t have been happier with our weekend there. Wish we could have spent more time there. Highly recommend!

Vicky and her family were wonderful and very accommodating. The home is in a lovely area with lots to do.

This was my second stay with Domenica & Lucas. I regularly attend weekend seminars in Munich and will definitely stay here every time from now on. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and there is no noise in the evenings. The family is very friendly and welcoming. I feel safe and comfortable here. There is now a small fridge in the room, which is a fantastic addition to the existing tea-making facilities. You can see that a lot of attention has been put into the details of the room. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I loved my stay with Silvija! She made me feel at home. Her place is quiet, nice neighbours that greeted you and was located near supermarkets, restaurants and parks. Went to the supermarkets for souvenirs and nearby restaurant (Wirsthaus Valley) for dinner, which was great! The only thing I’d like to highlight to guests which Silvija has mentioned is that there are stairs up to her place, please take note of this. She is glad to assist you with your luggage. The metro has a lift/escalator, so don’t worry about it. Would book my stay with her if I’m ever in Munich again!

Peter's room was comfortably furnished with a desk, table and chairs and I appreciated the harder bed. The room had a delightful outlook over the street and parkland and the windows when closed sealed out noise from the bar on the corner. The apartment was conveniently located very close to the art galleries and with a 20 minute walk to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz, and a 25 minute walk to the main railway station. There was a supermarket two blocks away. Peter provided a delicious breakfast and facilitated an early dropoff of my backpack. If I returned to Munich, I would stay with Peter again.

Das Haus ist wirklich gut zentral gelegen. Bus ca 5 Min entfernt - in ca 30 Min ist man in der City am Stachus. Das Zimmer ist zwar kleiner als man vielleicht gewohnt ist, aber es beinhaltet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Dafür ist das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis mehr als fair! Highlight dieser Unterkunft war die Terrasse, die man besonders an schönen Tagen mitbenutzen kann. Ab und zu wurde auch das gemeinsame Frühstück nach Draußen verlegt ;) In Summe kann ich das Zimmer zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich mehr als wohl gefühlt und war dort immerhin ganze 15 Wochen beherbergt. Hannelore war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie wusste immer, was in München gerade stattfinden, gab gerne Freizeit-Tipps und Rat darüber, was man als Tourist gesehen haben muss. Auch Karl-Heinz ist ein sehr Netter, der stets für ein Gespräch zu haben ist ;)

La casa de Alex es maravillosa, la atención de él y Karol fue excelente!!! Son atentos, amables, simpáticos, siempre están pendientes de que estés cómodo y que te sientas como en casa… me sorprendió que en las mañanas te dejen un desayuno para iniciar el día y que te den acceso a su cocina, el sitio es cálido y hermoso… el entorno es precioso, y es fácil llegar a los lugares de interés… Alex te da buenas recomendaciones para moverte y tips sobre qué hacer en la zona… definitivamente recomiendo quedarse en casa de Alex y Karol… nosotros volveremos con toda seguridad!
