Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
