Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Südliche Ägäis

The balcony overlooking the sea and views to Naxos is stunning. The location is amazing, saunter down to the excellent beaches and restaurants. There is also a secluded swimming beach by the Church which is gorgeous. The kitchen is a bit dark and dingy and not a great place if the weather doesn't allow you to live outside on the balcony. Only kitchen chairs to sit on rather than chairs to relax in (there is space for these). The crockery and cutlery needed re-washing which was disappointing, but a minor issue. The storage space in the bedroom is completely inadequate, we had to use the kitchen table as otherwise would have had to live out of our suitcase. There's enough space to install more cupboard or hanging space but just not provided. Μιχαήλ’s was really nice and very responsive..however his time-keeping is fairly loose! We had an issue with the toilet flush which he quickly fixed

Super séjour dans ce petit studio tout à fait fonctionnel dont l'emplacement est très proche à pied du centre ville. Dimitri est un excellent hôte qui a nous a donné de supers recommandations! il s'est montré également très serviable en acceptant de nous envoyer des vêtements oubliés ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

We had a wonderful stay at Stratos' place! We traveled with our almost 2 year old and he had the travel crib all set up and ready to go for us on arrival. there is a balcony with great views. The location is perfect as it was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery store and Old Town. There is also a children's playground just a couple of blocks away! Stratos was very friendly and responsive. We felt very safe. It was an added bonus to have parking on site and laundry in unit. We recommend his place to others!

The whole family welcomed us upon our arrival and generously shared their experiences and information to help us enjoy our stay/visit. The apartment is spacious and well furnished with all that a family would need for a restful stay. We did not even have to buy water, bread or jam, tea our coffee. Everything was provided and in generous quantity. We have never been so spoilt. Definitely returning to Naxos for the amazing seafood, ancient relics, beautiful beaches and staying at the same AirBnB.

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε σε κάποιο από τα διαμερίσματα του Γιώργου.Και όπως και την προηγούμενη φορά όλα ήταν άψογα..Και με το παραπάνω..Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.Με κλειστά μάτια..Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα..

If this place is available book it immediately! It is right by the waterfront with an amazing balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of great bars, shopping spots, and restaurants nearby. It is easy to get here via the Seabus if you're visiting via the ferry as well.

We stayed at Maria’s in the off-season and it was so worth it. While the strip was quieter and many of the shops and restaurants weren’t yet open for the year, we had a lovely time enjoying the space and the area. We loved Taverna Gorgona right across the street, the local cat population that would walk us home at night, our private balcony with a perfectly heated hot tub and being literally steps from Agia Anna beach. Maria was an excellent host and made sure to set us up with Easter treats and a recommendation for a rental car that we used to explore more of Naxos. Sadly we were only there for two nights, but we can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise. Highly recommended!

Sina’s Airbnb was fantastic! It’s just a short drive from the port, and Sina was very proactive in messaging us to make sure we were prepared for check in. He gave ample instructions and was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived. The location of the apartment is spectacular as there are delicious restaurants just a short walk next door, a beach club at the end of the street, beautiful views all around, and a short drive to the nightlife and more touristy spots in Naoussa. I highly recommend this location.

Staying at Filippo’s place made our Paros getaway feel like a dream come true. Communication with Filippo was easy and he was extremely helpful! The place is exactly as described and located in a walkable and safe area with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it!

La casa è in una posizione strategica molto vicina a Skala e con molti servizi raggiungibili a piedi. In più’ ha una spiaggia sotto casa per chi vuole svegliarsi presto. Spazii comodi, terrazzo, veranda, . Privacy, silenzio. Molto curata nell’ arredamento tipico dell’isola. Emily è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolto di persona nonostante la tarda ora di arrivo. E’ una persona speciale come la sua casa vacanze. Una bella esperienza da ripetere

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

We had a great stay! It was the perfect time to explore the island, not too crowded, which made everything even more enjoyable. The Airbnb itself was in a fantastic location, just steps from the water, however, there were quite a number of people at Klima, so there was not too much privacy. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from the place was absolutely stunning. The hosts were wonderful , super responsive, helpful, and even assisted us with our luggage. All in all, a perfect stay. Would definitely stay again!

Una casa preciosa enfrente del mar, a tan solo unos pasos te podías bañar. El trato de Marina fue excelente, muy amable y receptiva. La casa estaba impoluta, vinieron a limpiar a media semana , cambiaron sábanas y toallas . La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda , las de mis hijos un poco menos ya que son pequeñas para la estatura de ellos , si viajas con niños están perfectas . La terraza es muy agradable con unas puestas de sol maravillosa. Tienes aparcamiento en la casa y está a 5 minutos de Parikia. Estuvimos muy cómodos, ideal para pasar una semana en Paros. Y el restaurante que está debajo justo en la playa muy bueno. Todo muy recomendable.

Ce grand appartement, spacieux et baigné de lumière, est un véritable havre de paix. Ses trois étages offrent une intimité bienvenue, permettant à chacun de s’isoler à son gré. La superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer invite à la détente et donne envie d’y passer des heures. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, et l'accueil chaleureux d'Alexandros a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : les douches, un peu exiguës, comme c'est souvent le cas sur les îles grecques.

Yannis gaf de nodige tips (omgeving, restaurants) en het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf voor ons. Ofschoon zo vroeg in het seizoen nog veel zaken en terrassen nog niet open waren hebben wij ons goed vermaakt. De ruimte was voldoende schoon, fijn dat er in de keuken koffie en thee, kruiden en ander gemak klaar stond. Het komen op de bovenste verdieping vraagt om wat acrobatiek, hetzelfde geldt voor het terras te bereiken, maar we zijn nog 'jong', 65;). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkonnetje is geweldig, de geluiden prima te verdragen, de zon die ons bij het opstaan verwelkomt, de lekkere restaurantjes zo dichtbij, de vriendelijke mensen, het is geweldig allemaal!

Lovely stay at the Sea Blue House. Well equipped and a very warm welcome. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Perfect location, a few minutes walk into Naoussa. Very close but not in the busiest part of the town. Would definitely come back!

A beautiful apartment right on the beach, a 10 minute walk from town but super quiet and chilled. Check in and communication was friendly and easy. Highly recommend : )

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

Eleni's apartment is out of this world, incredible! She kindly met us late at night to welcome us. As the other reviews have mentioned there are lots of stairs, but we were fully prepared for this. The location by the sea and in Ermoupoli could not have been better. The patio and outdoor area is simply stunning. We swam in the sea everyday despite the weather - there is a wonderful swimming platform (Vaporia Beach) a few minutes away. The apartment is much larger than we expected with excellent amenities. Eleni left us extra towels, water, blankets and was very helpful, letting us leave later on our last day. Thank you!

We booked Maja's beach studio for a week of climbing. it is ideally situated, with a great view over the beach and next to small shop. It was easy to get to, and the interior is cutely decorated, and sitting out the front or back for breakfast was delightful with all the cat visitors. The home has plenty space to store all climbing gear while leaving the living space clear. While there is not fixed kitchen there is a hot plate and toasty grill which allowed us to make breakfast porridge, cook pasta for dinner and make toasties. Maja was very helpful, kind and friendly, while proactively helping us with activities, advice and provided blankets when the temperature dropped. We would love to stay with here again.

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.

Un vrai havre de paix! ✨ la terrasse est spacieuse et permet de relaxer avec une vue magnifique. Anna et sa famille (et Pakito 🐕) sont chaleureux. Facile de marcher à pied vers des plages et des bons restaurants. L’accès a Mykonos old town est a seulement 10 minutes en autobus pour 2 euros. J’ai adoré mon séjour dans ce petit paradis 🤍

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Constantine. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit einfach und unkompliziert. Wir wurden direkt an der kleinen Zufahrt zum Parkplatz empfangen, sodass wir diese gut finden konnten. In der Wohnung angekommen, erwartet Dich ein traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Ausstattung war die Beste, die wir bisher hatten. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und es gab sogar Snacks, Kaffee, Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung. Restaurants, Bars, die Altstadt und natürlich der Strand waren schnell erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vielen Dank, lieber Constantine ☺️
