This is by far the best place to stay in Indianapolis. We booked this place on a whim, and we are so thankful we did. This place is stunning, y’all! Not only that, but it’s clean, spacious and walking distance to a Dollar General which we loved. FREE PARKING!!!! Y’all, be smart and book this place. Patrick is the best, most responsive host!!

Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Rodneka's place for a family event and I'm glad I did! The apartment was as listed and photos were accurate. It was very quiet, the apartment was very comfortable and one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rodneka's place if you are in the Indy area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

Most important to me when using Airbnb is that the previous reviews match my experience and they were in this case. The hosts were accessible and responded to any communication promptly….which is paramount to me when using this service. The place was clean and as described…..another important factor. I had high expectations but this place exceeded them. It’s much larger than I pictured and it has everything you need if you needed an extended stay. Some things I appreciated: The beautiful view of the town, especially at night when it was peaceful and shop lights made the town look like something out of a movie. The heat that was controlled in each room so that any room can heat quickly. How they took an old bank and beautifully restored it into this Airbnb. I was a little apprehensive about staying near an intersection but they also had a box fan and when I put that on, I couldn’t hear anything outside the building. Overall, an outstanding stay.

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

We chose this property for a large group of family coming to town for a retirement ceremony. It was great having two living room areas to spread out. The massage chair was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the tv on the door of the refrigerator. Great place to stay close to Elizabethtown and Fort Knox. I will definitely try to stay again next time we need a rental.

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

Easy access from interstate. As described with all ammenities. Very cute but wait until you see the inside. Very cute and nicely decorated. Huge backyard. Nice patio outback. Quiet street. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our family gets together over the Easter weekend each year and our primary entertainment is bike riding and hiking. There is a large park that is super close to this home that has both a wonderful paved bike trail and multiple hiking trails so this worked out perfectly for us. It was also easy to reach downtown Louisville for additional biking and walking trails. Communication with Ross was great!
