Sono stata 5 giorni tra Rimini e Riccione con mio figlio per una breve vacanza prima dell'inizio della scuola. L'appartamento di Elena é situato in una posizione ottimale per godere della zona e spostarsi facilmente. Situato in un piccolo residence in una strada privata, silenzioso e confortevole! La casa é dotata di tutti i comfort necessari ed Elena é una host presente e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a "casa" dal primo momento! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben einen spontanen Kurzaufenthalt in Cesenatico gebucht und dafür war die Unterkunft wirklich schön. Es sind drei Minuten bis zum Strand, die Gegend ist ruhig und die Ausstattung richtig gut! Sabina war sehr freundlich und flexibel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Petra è una persona super disponibile e gentilissima! Se dovessi ritornare in quella zona non esiterei a contattarla!

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla, è molto comodo e ampio e ha un patio incantevole. Guido e la moglie sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. Soggiorno perfetto, un luogo dove tornare!

Appartamento splendido. Pulitissimo, ben arredato e comodo. Vista mozzafiato sul mare con un balcone / veranda che è veramente speciale. C’era tutto il necessario. Proprietario molto disponibile. Ci tornerei. La spiaggia è letteralmente di fronte alla casa con bar e ristoranti tutti a 1 min dall’appartamento. Autostrada a pochi minuti.

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

Francesca è stata davvero accogliente! Ogni esigenza è stata assecondata e talvolta anticipata. La casa molto comoda e bella...consente di vivere Pesaro dal cuore del centro storico. Un fantastico soggiorno!!

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Che dire....ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Host davvero cordiali e simpatici, capaci di farti sentire parte della famiglia. Location rilassante ed immersa nella completa tranquillità nonostante sia a soli 5 minuti dal "caos" del paese. Umbertide poi è in una posizione abbastanza strategica per riuscire a raggiungere facilmente posti bellissimi come Gubbio, Spello, Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia e molto altro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto, molto buono....il ristorante della location poi è davvero qualcosa di speciale, materia prima di qualità e sapori unici. Abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero bellissima....complimenti davvero a Stefania e Michele, continuate così 😊💪🏼

This is our 2nd time staying and visiting Citta di Castello and renting from Sara and Esther. We love the town, it's a great location to visit other areas in Tuscany and Perugia. The apartment is modern, beautiful and spotless with a very nice balcony on a quiet street. It is located right in the center near shops, restaurants and cafe's. We love staying there and will rent again when we visit friends next year. Sara has been a fantastic host and we love the place and location.

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Tommaso. Idéalement situé, au calme et empli de chants d'oiseaux, ce logement est parfait pour parcourir, à pied ou en voiture, les alentours. Nous avons compris pourquoi Tommaso est un super hôte : disponible et chaleureux, il nous a indiqué de superbes lieux de balade et des villes incontournables, et comme nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout visiter, nous devrons revenir ! Ça tombe bien, nous avons quitté le logement avec beaucoup de regrets. La prochaine fois, nous resterons plus longtemps. Merci encore Tommaso pour ce sejour inoubliable !

Tornati per la seconda volta in questo alloggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Noi e il nostro cane Pongo che ha apprezzato il giardinetto davanti. Zona tranquilla, tutto perfetto all’interno: dalla pulizia della cucina alla camera da letto, molto accogliente.

我们打算去海边看日出所以选择了这栋房子，veronica回复的非常快而且会及时帮忙解决问题。地理位置也很好步行到海边很方便🥰🥰🥰

innanzitutto, a livello comunicativo possiamo dire che lui è il miglior host 2) ci ha portato dalla stazione del treno fino all'appartamento ( il che non è poco ) 3) all' appartamento è successo un inconveniente imprevisto però lui è intervenuto subito e ha risolto tutto. 4) l'alloggio è mega comodo, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario magari se tutti gli host fossero come lui grazie per davvero, siamo stati fortunati ad aver effettuato la nostra esperienza lì. :)

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you
