Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Das helle und luxuriöse Loft-Apartment “Il Frantoio” (160 qm) befindet sich im Ortszentrum des mitteralterlichen Dorfes Radicondoli. Der große Open-Space Bereich weist auf die antike Funktion dieses Gebäude hin, das früher die Olivenölmühle der Gemeinde war. Die originale Steinmühle wurde in den Renovierungsarbeiten wiederverwendet und bildet heute in abgewandelter Form einen Teil der außergewöhnlichen Inneneinrichtung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Scheune eines Bauernhauses, das gegen Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts gebaut und vor kurzem renoviert wurde. Das Anwesen liegt in einem unberührten Tal in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Flussbetts. Es ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und einem jahrhundertealten Kastanienwald. Nicht verwunderlich also, dass die Eigentümer auch Olivenöl und Kastanienmehl selbst produzieren!
