The price includes bed linens, towels, as well as detergents and coffee/tea/spices in the kitchen. You will have access to a kitchen and a bathroom-toilet. Upon request, one parking space next to the apartment for €10/night. Check-in is from 4 PM to midnight and check-out is by 11 AM.
