Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich renoviert, wobei ihr ursprünglicher Charme beibehalten und durch einen Hauch modernen "déco"-Stils ergänzt wurde. Das Ergebnis ist eine wunderschöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die separate Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Im Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch und einen Kamin, der von einer Kuschelecke mit Sofa und Sesseln umgeben wird. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im hinteren Teil der Wohnung wurden schön eingerichtet und liegen so ruhig, dass Sie wie ein Baby schlafen werden. You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Mon logement est situé en plein centre ville. Proche des restaurants, de la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine, de la vie nocturne et des transports en commun. A 3 min à pied du parking Victor Hugo et du parking Pey Berland. Appartement très calme, rénové, sur cour intérieure avec ascenseur. Tout équipé. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).
