Du wohnst in einem kleinen Tiroler Holzhaus (26 qm), in Ruhelage, umgeben von Wald. Es besteht aus Wohn-/Schlafraum mit großem Bett (180x200), kleiner Küche, sowie einem Balkon nach Westen. Direkt vom Haus startest du auf weitlläufige Wanderwege, Berg- oder Fahrradtouren. Dein E-Bike kannst du in der Garage aufladen. Im Wintergibt es am Plateau eine Loipe, in die Schigebiete fährst du ca. 20 km. Geschäfte, Bank und Apotheke befinden sich innerhalb von 2 km. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Nebenhaus.

Für die Kinder gibt es eine Rutsche, ein Zaun hält kleine Kinder am Haus.
