Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. You will enjoy your private deck with outdoor furniture. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

Avis aux amateurs d'insolite! Vous adorerez passer une nuit sur ce beau voilier. Promenez vous sur les bords du lac, dégustez une traditionnelle glace avant d'apprécier l'ambiance du port dans la soirée sur le pont du voilier. La cuisine n'est pas fonctionnelle, mais équipée de vaisselle et frigo Attention il n'y a pas de douche à bord, uniquement les toilettes de la capitainerie qui se trouvent à - de 150m housse de matelas et taie oreillers fournis. Merci de prévoir serviettes et draps

Votre séjour dans un lieu atypique entre eau et montagnes au coeur d'un charmant village qui sera vous enchanter. Proche centre ville par la passerelle, boutiques, restaurants, épicerie, animations, sentiers de randonnées, location de canoë-kayak, paddle, bateau sans permis et vélos à quelques minutes à pieds. Agréable terrasse sur le toit avec soleil couchant. Par contre, il est formellement interdit de naviguer avec la pénichette, elle est prévue comme logement et reste au port.

Sailboat, Do-Minus Design Retreat & SPA

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.

Joli bateau 12 mètres de long. Dans le carré 4 couchages , un salon confortable avec espace cuisine, un espace douche avec wc et en plus possibilité de prendre des douches dans le local du port. A l'arrière du bateau espace équipé de fauteuils et tables pour se détendre. Sur l'avant du bateau bains de soleil pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Il faut noter que le bateau est à quai.
