Some areas of the spacious villa remain unoccupied and others are reserved for your use. During the stay, you'll be the sole occupants, apart from the owners who may occasionally be in another part of the house. Enjoy the lush gardens, private pool, and serene countryside.

The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

La vista sul lago è accompagnata dal suono degli animali che lo abitano e dalla natura circostante. Il luogo è un'oasi di pace: è adatto per chi è amante della natura e desidera tranquillità. Sono presenti diverse specie di uccelli ed è il luogo ideale per chi ama fotografare. L'alloggio non è dotato di cucina ma è presente un piccolo frigorifero.

Die Wohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Trasimeno, sie wurde 2015 renoviert und ist das Haus, in dem wir gelebt haben. Sie ist also sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe& Stil eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus und ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit Feldern und Straßen zum Wandern und Radfahren in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen eine Anreise mit Auto. Familien mit Kindern sind herzlich willkommen!
