Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Jacopo che è stato gentile e disponibile. La casa era pulita ed in ordine e rispecchiava le foto . consigliamo vivamente questo host ed il suo appartamento. Grazie

Top appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon. Linda is een super gastvrouw die ons verwelkomde bij aankomst en afscheid nam bij vertrek. Een mand vol lekkernijen inclusief fles heerlijke rode wijn stond voor ons klaar. Het naastgelegen hotel was nog niet in gebruik en daardoor (nog) erg rustig. Al met al een super week gehad.

Italiano: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento di lusso a Rimini e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. L’alloggio è spazioso, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Ogni angolo della casa era perfettamente pulito, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato l’host. Non solo è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ma mi ha anche fornito preziose informazioni su come raggiungere la destinazione nel modo più veloce, economico e comodo possibile. Grazie ai suoi consigli, il viaggio è stato molto più semplice di quanto mi aspettassi. Se cercate un posto elegante, confortevole e con un servizio impeccabile, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

Valentina è una host perfetta, disponibilissima, ad ogni richiesta e domanda ha risposto in tempi che definire rapidi è riduttivo, l'alloggio è pulito alla perfezione, meglio che nelle foto, arredi nuovissimi, la struttura è ricca di design e in una posizione vista mare molto bella, un po rumorosa la strada sotto ai balconi ma probabilmente perchè abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte visto le giornate calde, arrivare al terzo piano per le scale con i bagagli è stato un po faticoso ma non si può pretendere troppo per una struttura così che non avrebbe spazi per un ascensore. Nel complesso tutto molto più che ottimo, do 5 stelle ma ne meriterebbe anche una sesta.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano: ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo da Partizia. Casa spaziosa e accogliente, a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare, fori dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile. Non fatevi intimorire dalla vicinanza di strada e treno perché si sta talmente bene che ci si abitua in fretta!

Stefano è stato un host impeccabile fin dal primo contatto: gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Avevamo previsto l'arrivo alle 23.00 e, nonostante ritardi per il traffico, ci ha accolti senza problemi, con grande cordialità. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto: spazioso, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e perfetto per famiglie o gruppi, grazie a due bagni, camere separate per la privacy e una grande zona giorno ideale per stare insieme. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, con due posti auto riservati molto comodi. La colazione è inclusa e può essere consumata in uno dei due bar consigliati da Stefano, entrambi vicinissimi. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, rispondendo subito a ogni domanda, anche fuori orario. Oltre alla bellezza di Fano, ciò che davvero ti fa venir voglia di tornare è l’ospitalità di Stefano: la sua professionalità, i consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare, e la sua capacità di farti sentire un vero fanese! Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

la casa di Attilio è una chicca ,ben arredata profumata e pulita .Si trova vicinissima al mare alla via dei ristoranti e dei negozzi , siamo trovati benissimo, la straconsiglio.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Appartamento davvero confortevole, con una splendida vista sul mare,direttamente sulla spiaggia a cui si accede direttamente dal giardino condominiale. La casa offre davvero tutto e anche di più! Non solo gli essenziali in cucina (olio,zucchero,tè,caffè) ma anche alcune bottiglie di acqua e addirittura un prosecco come benvenuto. Inoltre giochi e libri per bambini che i miei piccoli hanno apprezzato tantissimo. A disposizione anche due biciclette comode per fare la spesa senza dover muovere l'auto. La zona è tranquilla, lungo una strada poco trafficata. in una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare con la pista ciclabile che porta in centro. Carla sempre molto cordiale e gentile in ogni contatto. Orari di check in e check out super flessibili. Non solo,a causa di un brutto imprevisto siamo dovuti partire con un giorno di ritardo,ma Carla ci ha consentito di slittare la prenotazione senza farci perdere neanche un giorno! Sicuramente da consigliare: esperienza ottima!
