Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Alloggio meraviglioso, nuovo e con una vista lago da lasciare a bocca aperta. Comodo al centro paese, ottimo per una passeggiata serale anche con bambini, noi ne abbiamo una di due anni e mezzo ed ha sempre camminato. Elisa è davvero solare, gentile e disponibile, ci ha accompagnati all’appartamento anche prima dell’orario previsto per il check in. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. Das Apartment war in einem hervorragenden Zustand – absolut ruhig und mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick von der Terrasse. Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern dort, und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

Great apartments very clean

Nicola war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war Sauber und super Modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll, es ist ruhig und liegend in einer netten Gegend. Zum Lido de Jesolo sind es mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Tolles Airbnb gleich über einem wunderschönen Café gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bad sehr groß und super sauber. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sonnenschirm. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ins Grüne und dem Garten vom Café. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist zu Fuß gleich in der Stadt. Gegenüber ist ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Wie würden uns sofort wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank liebe Katharina für die schönen Tage.

Schöne moderne und blitzsaubere Wohnung 300m von der Altstadt entfernt mit kleiner schöner Terrasse. Mein Mann, ich und unser Hund haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. In 5 bis 10 min kann man zu Fuß Restaurants, Supermarkt oder den See erreichen. Marianna ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Wenn wir mal wieder in Riva sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Alles war super ;) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: ob Strand, Padel, Tennis oder abends ein Drink an der Bar - die Unterkunft war für unseren Familienurlaub zu sechst einfach super.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo B&B e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cabina armadio è bellissima, il bagno impeccabile, e la cucina e il salotto moderni, accoglienti e super attrezzati Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il terrazzo enorme, perfetto per rilassarsi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario: pentole, macchinetta del caffè, tè, tazze, posate… tutto pulitissimo! Le lenzuola erano profumate e morbidissime, e il letto rialzato così comodo che la mattina non volevamo più alzarci. Inoltre, è dotato di Netflix e di ogni comfort possibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente. Considerando la qualità dell’appartamento e la ristrutturazione impeccabile, il prezzo è davvero ottimo. Un ringraziamento speciale anche alla ragazza che lo gestisce: gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Accogliente e luminoso, l'appartamento si trova ad un passo dal centro in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa; gli spazi comodi e ben organizzati ci hanno permesso di trascorrere la nostra vacanza in totale comfort. Alice è molto simpatica e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa!

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
