Ferienunterkünfte mit Heimkino in Sardinien

We had a wonderful time in Alghero, in part thanks to finding Federico’s apartment. It’s centrally located, with lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The apartment itself was easy to find, and the furnishings nicely appointed, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely look to stay here again should we make another visit to Alghero.

Apartment is close to everything. The location is fantastic. Free Parking around . Supermarket very close. 5min walking from old city and the market. Clean house and fully furnished . I truly recommend this place.

Chez Frederica à Cagliari J’étais très content de ce studio en plein centre de Cagliari et qui donne sur la Via Roma et le port. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Quand je suis arrivé j’ai trouvé un degré de confort supérieur à ce qui est annoncé : produits de base, internet, climatisation, etc. La Piazza Matteotti, d’où partent tous les bus, est tout près, de même que la gare centrale d’où partent les trains pour l’aéroport. Si vous arrivez ou partez de Cagliari par le bateau, le port est juste en face. La vieille ville de Cagliari, avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques et ses sites à voir, est juste derrière. Mais l’appartement est très calme, avec du double vitrage. La climatisation marche très bien et j’ai très bien dormi malgré la chaleur et l’humidité de la mi-septembre et la circulation sur la Via Roma. La connexion internet marche très bien aussi, donc si vous devez travailler (ce qui était mon cas) c’est tout à fait possible. Un petit bémol : les plaques électriques marchent lentement donc il est un peu difficile de s’en servir. Frederica n’est qu’à ses débuts avec Airbnb et je lui souhaite très bonne chance. At Frederica’s apartment in Cagliari I was very happy with this studio apartment in the center of Cagliari, on the Via Roma and overlooking the harbor. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and with a degree of comfort superior to what was announced on the website (basic amenities, internet connection, air conditioning, etc.). Piazza Matteotti, from which all the buses leave, is very close, as is the central train station with trains for the airport. If you arrive or leave from Cagliari by boat, the harbor is just a short walk away. The old town of Cagliari with all its restaurants, boutiques and sites to see, is just behind the Via Roma. Yet the apartment is very quiet, with double-glazed windows. The air conditioning works very well and I slept well in spite of the heat and humidity of mid-September and the traffic on the Via Roma. The internet connection works very well also, so if you need to work (which was my case) that is entirely possible. One small problem, though: the electric stove works very slowly and so it was difficult to use them. Frederica is just at the beginning of her collaboration with Airbnb and I wish her the best of luck.

Un accueil comme rarement nous en avons eu ! Emanuela et son mari ont été pleins d’attention. Le logement est très bien équipé, climatisation et Netflix à disposition, un petit extérieur comme sur les photos et on peut se garer facilement. Le quartier est au calme et permet un accès facile en voiture à toute l’île et à l’île de San Pietro en ferry.

Мы провели незабываемое время в доме Марины и Eligio! Они самые гостеприимные и заботливые хозяева, с которыми нам доводилось встречаться. Их дом безупречно чистый, красивый и очень удобный. Каждая деталь продумана до мелочей, и мы не столкнулись ни с одной вещью, которой бы не оказалось в доме . В каждой комнате есть кондиционер, что особенно приятно в жаркую погоду. Спальни с удобными кроватями обеспечили нам крепкий сон. Кроме этого хозяева очень вкусно готовят и нам повезло попробовать их еду. Рядом с домом есть большой супермаркет, где можно было купить все необходимое. До Кальяри и пляжей добираться тоже удобно на машине. Мы определенно вернемся снова и с радостью рекомендуем это душевное место всем!

Gli appartamenti sono piccoli ma perfetti per una famiglia di 4 persone, collocati in un piccolo comprensorio riservato silenzioso e fresco, ma a cinque minuti dalle spiagge di Capo Comino (per chi si accontenta di andare sempre nella stessa, ma coniglio vivamente di girare per la costa alla scoperta delle numerose gemme che riserva, spaziando fino al Golfo di Orosei). L'accoglienza, gestita da Franca è perfetta, e dopo pochi giorni ci si sente parte di una famiglia allargata. Una splendida vacanza!

Siamo stati accolti dai genitori di Rossella, molto cordiali e disponibili. La casetta con piano terra e zona letto soppalcata è fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e confortevole con 2 area esterne: il patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare e un piccolo giardino con prato e barbecue. Il posteggio di fronte al cancelletto d'ingresso comodissimo. La zona è ideale per girare tutte le splendide spiagge di Villasimius e dintorni. Il paese con supermercati è a 5 minuti di macchina. Rossella è stata molto disponibile per risolvere un piccolo problema col wifi. Grazie a Rossella e ai suoi simpatici genitori, se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente prenoteremo nuovamente qui!

Devo assolutamente complimentarmi per la vostra continua attenzione e per aver realizzato tutte le nostre aspettative. Caterina is amazing and I´ve felt supported by family member - from having great home to great tips about where to go and what to do :) 2 - Location !!! you can walk to Calla Brandinchi and Lu Impostu you have amazing gelateria few steps from home Dont miss this opportunity! And remember to go to Da Fabio restaurante for the best pizza in Sardegna!

Siamo stati una settimana in questa carinissima casetta con posizione comodissima adiacente alla piazzetta e al parcheggio. La casa è ben studiata e pulitissima, non ci è mancato nulla. Ringrazio la Sig.ra Teresita per l'assistenza durante il nostro soggiorno, sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Matteo war ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer einen guten Tipp für uns hatte, sei es für Ausflüge oder Restaurans. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

We had a great stay over Easter break at Darren and Katarina's place. The location is great to explore Southern Sardinia, but you will need a car. Parking was easy and right in front of the house. The house was very spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to cook in, the beds were very comfortable, everything was really clean, and the patio area was lovely. Darren and Katarina were excellent hosts and made us feel right at home and welcome from the moment we arrived. They shared great information on things to do in the area and responded quickly to any messages I sent. I would highly recommend staying here!
