Casa Anita was definitely a highlight of our Italian holidays! Vincenzo was supper attentive and supportive. We were greeted upon arrival personally by him and received tons of good tips. The apartment has everything one needs on vacation. Everything is new and thought through. Location is perfect. The apartment is in the epicenter of beautiful Italian evening and beach is about 15min walk. Most importantly, is the hospitality we have received. Casa Anita is not just Airbnb but a true community of ppl enjoying good vacation. We have started our trip with the wine and treats Vincenzo gifted, and washed out clothes (with provided washing capsules). Special thanks for that. We have even got a sun umbrella to borrow during our time in Terracina. Thank you so much for a such home like stay ❤️

La casa di Emiliano si trova in posizione centrale e consente di raggiungere a piedi il mare, tutti i vari negozietti e ristoranti di zona e il vecchio borgo molto caratteristico. Abbiamo trovato una casa di recente ristrutturazione, climatizzata, molto pulita e ben organizzata, soprattutto la cucina fornita di ogni cosa! Host super disponibile e gentile. Avremmo prolungato volentieri la nostra vacanza di qualche giorno!

Monica è stata un host esemplare: gentile, accorta e disponibile! La sua casa era meravigliosa, grande accogliente ed ordinata, con spazi di svago e relax come la piscina e la sala hobby con barbecue perfetti per me ed i miei amici! Un’esperienza unica e, ci auguriamo tutti, presto ripetibile!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Tutto perfetto, simpaticissimo host! Seconda volta che veniamo qui.

Abitazione deliziosa ed estremamente confortevole. Molto pulita e comoda per una vacanza estiva. Host super gentile e cordiale.

Villa molto bella e spaziosa, dotata di ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. La presenza di molte camere da letto e bagni la rende l’ideale per una bella comitiva. Vicinanza del mare, con accesso privato, disponibilità di ombrelloni e lettini in zona spiaggia, la rendono ancora più apprezzabile. Forse si potrebbe migliorare un po’ l’arredamento che si presenta un po’ vecchiotto e spartano ma comunque funzionale.

Siamo state ospiti nell’alloggio io, mia figlia e la nostra cagnolina, siamo state benissimo, casa super pulita, accurata con tutto quello che serve, ho molto apprezzato il fornetto whirlpool con il crispy che uso spesso anche a casa, il mare a 5 minuti a piedi… insomma tutto TOP ! SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

Michela é stata impeccabile. Persona molto disponibile e gentilissima. L’appartamento è grande, molto pulito. Ci abbiamo dormito in 4, consiglio a tutti di approfittare di questo alloggio se siete di passaggio ad Aversa! Torneremo sicuramente!!! ❤️

Appartamento pulito, ordinato , silenzioso nonostante sia a due due passi dalle vie del centro.Dotato di due tv con Netflix .La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare pranzetti/cene da consumare nel delizioso e intimo giardinetto esterno .Antonio è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio .Ci siamo trovate benissimo.Consigliatissimo
