Lo chalet è immerso nel verde, nel silenzio e nel relax. È il luogo ideale per meditare, staccare la spina lontano da ogni distrazione. Abitabile tutto l’anno, lo chalet è FRESCO d’estate e avvolto dal CALORE della stufa a legna nelle stagioni più fredde. Lo chalet è raggiungibile da un’antica mulattiera.

La casa sulla Collina del Castello- Privacy totale

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

Sie finden ein neu renoviertes, komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Außenbereich zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag beim Wandern, Radfahren oder Skifahren. Wir liegen 2 km von der Stadt Strembo, 9 km von Pinzolo und 15 km von Madonna di Campiglio entfernt. (Im Winter Saison, empfehlen wir Winter Reifen und Ketten.)

Ca' Leonardi Valle di Ledro - Sul Ri

Camera attrezzata situata in Val di Ledro a soli 3 km dal lago di Ledro, raggiungibile in 15 minuti con le biciclette elettriche messe a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti. In inverno la neve rende la Val di Ledro un luogo incantato. Il vicino Monte Tremalzo è perfetto per lo sci d’alpinismo o per una semplice passeggiata con le ciaspole immersi nella natura. Poco distante dalla struttura, nella Val Concei è possibile inoltre praticare sci di fondo.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Maroc Mountain Chalet

Das Chalet Maroc Mountain, das sich in Carisolo befindet, überblickt die nahegelegenen Berge. Die zweistöckige Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern und bietet somit Platz für 7 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN (für Videoanrufe geeignet), ein TV sowie eine Waschmaschine. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Essence-Apartment ist ein offener Raum mit einem Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, einer ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen Balkon und einer Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten des Hauses. Der Holzboden und der Holzofen in der Mitte des Wohnbereichs vermitteln die Wärme der Umgebung. Eine gemütliche und intime Atmosphäre für einen entspannenden und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
