German and understand Italian.

Leiligheten ligger skjermet i en rolig gate, og har en solrik balkong med nydelig utsikt. Leiligheten har et komplett kjøkken, spisestue, en hyggelig stue med, soverom og nyoppusset bad med regnfallsdusj, Sonos og vaskemaskin/tørketrommel. Dessverre ikke tillatt med dyr pga allergi. De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
