Located in the old Wm. H Block Department Store, this apartment is close to lots of amenities including the Capitol, Convention Center and the fountain. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Having the ability to take the Skywalk was great on rainy days.

Everything was lovely I would just recommend that you bring extra tissue.

The apartment and building were extremely clean. Everything is an easy walk. Tranquil Oasis was very responsive and helpful. The building felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend the host and location if you would like an enjoyable place to stay in Indianapolis.

This place was really nice very local to a lot of restaurants and the community is really awesome as well. I’ll be back soon.

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

John was very responsive and proactive in his communication. Very easy to work with him and the home is beautiful and well updated.

House had so many gathering spaces! Great library and game selection, all the appliances and kitchen items you’d need, lots of natural light in the front rooms. The screened in back porch was really nice. Reasonable list of ‘chores’ to do when you leave - just stripping beds and putting the sheets in the hamper in each room and starting the dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again!

Taya was always responsive and helpful, appreciated her helping us with our crazy schedule! we enjoyed going downstairs to the Abandoned Station for a drink/pizza. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood to other nearby restaurants. Thankful for allowing us to bring our dogs!

Came here for a girls weekend with some old friends. The house is in a good location, a quiet neighborhood but not far from the highway, restaurants and attractions. Comfy beds, space to lounge and spread out, some nice amenities. We used the hot tub and enjoyed the living space. In nicer weather the backyard is very inviting and the fire pit looked fun. I will note that the house really is a house, and set up more for a family than couples - the primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed and has an en suite, while the other two bedrooms share a smaller bathroom and have a queen bed and two twins respectively. The pool table is in the garage so maybe better for warmer weather. Kitchen was fully furnished and even had a brita pitcher in the fridge. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and razors were available. Tiny thing: I do wish the water in both the hot tub and the shower had gotten a bit hotter. But that's just my personal preference!

Perfect location for us while visiting family in the neighborhood. Plenty of of space. (Didn’t use hot tub, but it looked inviting. )

We came to town for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and this place was PERFECT. Clean, spacious, fits a lot of people cozily, and easy to get in and out of the downtown area without being too far or getting stuck in traffic. Babe is a thoughtful host, she even left Taylor Swift tattoos for us!

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The home is just like the pictures, very cozy and accommodating. The interior amenities were great, the hosts furnished and stocked the place with all the essential home necessities so well. it's everything you need. just add people and toothpaste. I was comfortable the moment I stepped inside. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat and cook. every room had a TV and remote. The hot tub worked great. Do note that the bathroom area is small, especially the toilet area. however, it was very clean and as pictured. also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent!

Everything was great!! Would stay there again.

The location is ideal for seeing events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As noted in other comments, the check-in process is a bit unique and the photos helped. There are several buildings in the same block with the same company name, but note that the unit was in the same building as the parking garage. This may or may not be obvious, but sometimes people think a parking garage is a standalone structure... I had to explain this to three older gentlemen who were having difficulty with the key cache and asked what building to go to after they got their keys.
