All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

Schnitzers Ferienheisl liegt etwas außerhalb des Dorfes St. Leonhard in Passeier, einem lebendigen Ferienort an der Südseite der Ötztaler Alpen, auf 690 m Höhe. Es ist nur 20 km von der bekannten Kurstadt Meran entfernt, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ein fast unerschöpfliches Angebot an Sport- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 3 Schlafzimmern sowie 2 Bädern und bietet somit Platz für 10 Personen.

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.
