The Shortiss Boutique Hotel offers four private and unique suites in an upbeat and renovated historical property located in the charming, quaint, old downtown area of Beaverton, Ontario and a short walk to Lake Simcoe. All rooms are decorated with original art by local artists and some custom, eclectic, vintage, and antique furniture pieces. For guests’ convenience and comfort, all private rooms have their own bathroom with a personal hygiene kit, a small bar fridge and plush towels.

The Beachfront by Beach1 Motel is located 1 min walk from the sand of Wasaga Beach, making it one of the closest motels to the water in the entire area. Basic, charming, and constantly improving, our rooms have the standard features of any motel plus we have Free Wifi, Smart TV, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Mini Fridge, Fresh Bedding (of course), along with BBQ's in the courtyard. Our rooms are non-smoking, pet friendly, and we have free parking on site for 1 vehicle per room.

Cozy Couples' Loft in the Heart of Town

A moodier room for people who notice materials. The Foundry is a luxury one-bedroom in The Brick & Beam, a boutique hotel in an 1885 building on Hurontario Street in downtown Collingwood. Exposed brick, black steel, and warm light, with a bedroom set behind a glass partition and a bistro table built from timber pulled from the building itself. Walk to everything downtown, then come home to a room that feels made, not furnished.

The house has a unique history, built in 1912 for the town doctor and onetime Mayor, Joseph Arthur, by renowned Toronto Architect Eden Smith. We have re-imagined this old house with one goal, creating a memorable experience for our guests.
