Situata in una posizione invidiabile, con affaccio sulla famosa piazza della Chiesa Madre di Erice. A pochi minuti a piedi dai luoghi storici della città, dalla funivia per Trapani, dalla fermata dei pullman, bar e ristoranti. Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e trascorrere dei giorni in quest'oasi di quiete, storia ed eleganza.

Appartamento con alcova in baglio del 1700 in pietra lavica, con grande piscina

La casa Alcova è all’interno di villa Lionti con ad altri 5 case, tutte disponibili sul sito Airbnb. Dormirai in un'alcova del 1700 con affreschi, pareti decorate e mobili di pregio, tappeti, patio privato, all'interno di una fattoria fortificata del 1700 in pietra lavica. Avendo deciso di effettuare un "restauro conservativo/filologico" alcuni dettagli come pavimenti, pitture, finiture delle pareti, porte, finestre, appaiono "rustici/rurali" rispetto agli standard odierni. WiFi fino 300 Mbps.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Trastevere Cottage

Make breakfast in a simple galley kitchen and sit on a cozy patio enclosed by a moss-covered stone wall (please put back inside the kitchen chair and table after using them as per condo’s rules). It's easy to soak up the vibe of Trastevere and go exploring from this quaint home. And when the day is done, climb to a comfy sleeping loft. The cottage is located on a hill. To reach the cottage you have to go up the street along a flight of fifty comfortable steps of about 15 cm (6 inches) each.

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto centro

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
