A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Pržno je malinké a čisto turistické stredisko. Apartman je čistý a veľmi pekný, všetko fungovalo až na teplú vodu, ktorá občas nešla. Nádherný výhľad, čisto a vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete. Milena je veľmi milá, bola nám každý deň k dispozícii. V auguste boli pláže preplnené, lehátka na pláži 30€ / deň, v Pržne nieje nič iba reštaurácie a potraviny. Autobus do Budvy premáva každých 15min. Peši 5 minút z Przna sa dostanete na skvelé a lepšie pláže až po Sv. Štefan 20 min peši veľmi peknými chodnickami v tieni. My sme chodili na tieto pláže aj 2 krát denne. Pobyt je podľa mňa vhodný pre tých, ktorý si chcúužiť more, pre rodiny s deťmi, oddýchnuť. Boli sme s deťmi aj starými rodičmi, sme spokojní.

Bella posizione e vista dal balcone, alla mattina si può ammirare l’alba e sentire il rumore delle onde. Host premurosi e accomodanti. È necessario avere un mezzo proprio per raggiungere l’appartamento, avendo solo uno scooter gli host sono stati così gentili da aiutarci all’andata e al ritorno con il trasporto del bagaglio dal porto. Bellissimo, se dovesse capitare torneremmo volentieri.

Jelena mérite vraiment son appellation de super hôte. L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé, la réactivité est presque immédiate... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine. La terrasse est vraiment spacieuse et le garage très pratique. Literie très confortable.. Nous recommandons

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Beautiful apartment right in the centre of Old Town. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bathroom. The second bathroom is up a flight of stairs on the top floor. As previous reviews have stated you do have to climb 50 steps to reach the front door but well worth it in our opinion. It isn’t suitable for anyone with reduced mobility though. The standout aspect is the sun terrace on the top floor which was beautiful. Views from all the windows were amazing. Very clean throughout and well equipped. All in all we would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in every way. Perfect for a couple. Amazing view from the balcony, just as the picture or better. Lana was a great hostess, meeting up with us and showing everything. She was very quick to answer our questions.

Es war wunderschön und alles wie beschrieben bzw auf den Fotos. Trotz Straße vor dem Grundstück ist es ein ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Auf der Straße fahren hauptsächlich am Nachmittag ein paar Autos, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Bei uns waren die restlichen Ferienhäuser in der Nähe leer, so dass wir sehr ruhig gelebt haben. Der Garten ist phantastisch mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Hinter dem Haus kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, entweder an der Küste entlang oder über die Wiesen und Höfe, wo viel Gemüse angebaut wird. Bei uns hat alles bunt geblüht und das Gemüse wuchs. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

This place is such a great find! We had to change our plans because of bad weather and it was such a blessing because it led us to this place! The hosts are incredible - truly the best that we’ve ever had in an AirBnB. They were responsive to our every question and had great proactive suggestions. They made us wish we were staying longer - such great service! The house is stunning! It has everything you can need and the terrace is breathtaking!! There is a parking spot across the street - a real gift in this part of the world. The furnishings are beautiful and the colors of blue and yellow repeat in gorgeous ways! And if you go up one floor from the AirBnB, you are at a great pool with amazing views. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat! So beautiful!! A place you’ll remember for years to come.

We loved the location. The market was awesome, it was an easy walk to the marina, and the place has loads of charm!

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Am ales această locație pentru a fi cat mai aproape de centrul vechi , de gara centrală . Apartamentul este foarte coszy , bine dotat cu tot ceea ce e nevoie pentru șederea noastră (5 zile). Antonio foarte prietenos , ne a dat multe informații utile . Foarte aproape este un restaurant ( chiar după colț) , există magazin ( mare) și multe chioșcuri să le numesc așa , patiserii . Ar fi fost minunat dacă se schimbau prosoapele ( la atâtea zile cât am stat ) dar am fost inspirată ca am pus de acasă ).

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

Всё прошло отлично. Bojana помогла с трансфером из аэропорта и регистрацией. В квартире всё новое, все приборы работают, очень чисто. Маленькая, но уютная, а расположение очень удачное: магазин IDEA со всем необходимым - через дорогу, а до центра Тивата - 10 минут пешком.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home. It’s rare to find a host who truly cares about their guests’ experience, but Miguel does exactly that! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌
