Come home after a busy day to relax in this authentic and tranquil Kolonaki apartment. It is a beautiful and generous apartment with great attention to detail. You will enjoy the unique furnishings, the wooden parquets floors, the modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a balcony that shows into a quiet court yard. Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Ausrichtung auf einen ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist durch einen offenen Grundriss gekennzeichnet (Eingang, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind ein Raum). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, welche auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden können. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und modern. Es gibt ebenfalls ein separates Gäste-WC, eine Garderobe und viele Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ausserdem werden Sie die hohen Räume und schönen Parkette bestimmt geniessen. Die Kosten für Heizung, Wasserverbrauch, Elektrizität, lokale Anrufe aufs Festnetz sowie WiFi sind im Preis inbegriffen. Internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone sind blockiert. Frische Bettwäsche und Badezimmertücher werden einmal pro Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Aufenthalten die länger dauern als 6 Monate, besteht die Möglichkeit auf Wunsch ausgehende, internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone zu entsperren. In diesem Fall werde ich eine Barhinterlegung für die Anrufe verlangen, welche nach der Abreise nach Abrechnung zurückerstattet wird.
