Eigentumswohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

Siamo stati davvero bene, il posto è molto accogliente e immerso in una natura bella, a pochi chilometri dal centro di Urbino. L'alloggio era pulito e accogliente, e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ospitali: siamo stati accolti da ottimo dolce e buonissima marmellata! Lorenzo è stato un host sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Grazie!

Stefania è un host molto empatica, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulla zona e ci ha accolto con un caloroso benvenuto. Sempre pronta nelle risposte e reattiva. La casa è comoda, siamo stati in sei e ci ha accomodati secondo le nostre esigenze. Molto cordiali e presenti anche i genitori, che abitano al piano superiore. Consiglio l’appartamento che si trova in un punto in cui è facile spostarsi nei vari luoghi da visitare in zona. Dalle grotte di Frasassi a Senigallia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Siamo ritornati per il secondo anno consecutivo con mia moglie ed il nostro bimbo di 2 anni. Per noi è una soluzione ideale in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, collocato in zona residenziale tranquilla e vicino alla spiaggia. Laura è sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno.

Tornati per la seconda volta in questo alloggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Noi e il nostro cane Pongo che ha apprezzato il giardinetto davanti. Zona tranquilla, tutto perfetto all’interno: dalla pulizia della cucina alla camera da letto, molto accogliente.

Federico est un hôte très avenant et communiquant même à distance. Il a su répondre à notre demande et cela même avant d'avoir à lui poser certaines questions. Son appartement est à la hauteur de la description et même plus. Sa localisation est parfaite pour profiter de Pesaro et de la côte. Le petit plus la place de parking privé dans un quartier quasi bord de mer, 4 minutes à pied de la plage est très appréciable. Pour un séjour à 4, je recommande, c'est parfait.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und freundlich. Die Kommunikarion funktionierte sehr gut, die Anrworten kamen zeitnah und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Urbino und die Umgebung zu ergründen. Alles war wunderschön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke für alle Hinweise und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.

Casetta piccola, ma super accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Asciugamani, accappatoio e ciabattine, letto comodissimo e cucina molto funzionale. Il vero gioiello è il terrazzo con idromassaggio e vista mozzafiato, che da solo vale il prezzo. La proprietaria di casa (nonna di jacopo) vive al piano inferiore ed è stato un po’ come se fosse anche parente nostra. 2 giorni tra relax e arte perché abbiamo potuto agilmente visitare Urbino a 40 min e San Marino dietro l’angolo.

Io e mia moglie con le mie tre bambine suamo stati ospiti presso l'appartamento di Agnese, l'appartamento è attaccato al mare nel periodo di Aprile in cui abbiamo soggiornato è stato tutto molto tranquillo e in totale relax, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto e Agnese è stata molto professionale, gentile e disponibile , ho apprezzato la flessibilità con i check-in e out, sicuramente consiglio pienamente, ci ritornerò volentieri.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! È già la seconda volta che alloggiamo presso Roberto, questa volta scegliendo l’appartamento al primo piano. Ottima soluzione spaziosa e confortevole. Casa ben attrezzata e pulita, host molto simpatico e disponibile. La casetta è un favoloso tuffo nel passato in chiave moderna. Anche il paesino davvero carino! Alla prossima 😃

Beautiful views from the property, front and back. We found having the use of 3 bedrooms over our 3 night stay, afforded a relaxing stay for us and our children. We used it as a base to spend time on local beaches, near Cattolica marina, and for driving in the evening to visit Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino on the evening. Host was excellent with all communications, provided very clear entry instructions, and welcomed any questions if we had any queries. Plenty of secure parking space on the property. We did not use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be sufficient crockery etc One double had air con, the other 2 had ceiling fans which were a little warm for a family from the North of England! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would use it again as a base for visiting.

Negli ultimi mesi ho avuto la fortuna di provare molte camere e appartamenti su airbnb ma nessuno è come questo. Perfetto in tutto. Sabrina è stata gentilissima in tutto e per tutto e considerando che siamo arrivati in ritardo ci ha fatto trovare il caminetto acceso. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente

Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, alles wie beschrieben. Sehr schön offen und großzügig geschnitten. Wir sind bereits seit einigen Wochen in Italien unterwegs und haben seit langem mal wieder in einem bequemen Bett geschlafen. Leider kann man im Schlafzimmer den Zug extrem hören, was einen ruhigen Schlaf in dem bequemen Bett etwas stört. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen, in der unteren Etage ist es sehr ruhig, man hört den Zug dort nicht. Der Strand war nicht weit entfernt. Einen festen Parkplatz zur Wohnung gibt es leider nicht. Wenn die Parkplätze in der Straße vor dem Haus belegt sind, muss man sich irgendwo einen Parkplatz suchen und wenn man Pech hat, ein ganzes Stück laufen. Toll fanden wir noch, dass wir bei Rückfragen immer super schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen haben. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön! Tolle Gastgeber, superfreundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir wurden mit selbst gemachter Marmelade und frischen Pflaumen vom Grundstück verwöhnt! Sehr saubere und schöne kleine Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful place. Very clean and great location.

L'endroit est magnifique, la maison est parfaite, très bien située et très bien équipée. Le séjour se passe dans une ambiance très paisible, à proximité de merveilleuses petites villes à visiter et de beaux sites naturels. Giulia, qui parle très bien français, nous accueille avec chaleur et est pleine de gentilles attentions tout au long du séjour (les oeufs du poulailler et les légumes du jardin sont délicieux!). Son salarié qui travaille sur la ferme est lui aussi très cordial. Un séjour à la Valle Nuova, c'est de délicieuse vacances assurées, dans un climat très amical. Nous recommandons.

Remote house by a church, surrounded by forrest and hillls. The view is breathtaking. The house is perfect for w couples or a family. There is also a terrace with the view on the mountains. Swimming pool (at the host's yard but it's 1 minute walk) is not too big but it's perfect for some leisure time between trips. And again, the view is simply amazing from there too. There are nice walking routes nearby (up to 2 hrs). Citta di Castello, the town nearby, has a few shopping centers, so you can get there all you need. There is also the old town, worth a short walk. Fabio, our host, is a great. Very friendly, likeable, responsive and helpful. Always there when we needed some help. I highly recommend the house, Umbria itself and Fabio as a host :)

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.
