Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Martina. Das Haus, der Pool und das Landschaftspanorama waren ein Traum. Alles ganz genau wie beschrieben! Die Region Marken ist einfach wunderschön und noch nicht vom Tourismus überflutet. Absolut eine Reise wert. Martina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich um alle Wünsche sofort gekümmert. Ein gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Anwesen ! Wir hatten eins der 4 Appartements gebucht und hatten das grosse Glück, dass die anderen 3 Appartements nicht gebucht waren! So hatten wir das ganze Anwesen sowie das Schwimmbad für uns alleine was natürlich super war. Aber auch wenn das nicht der Fall gewesen wäre, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Appartement und Anwesen entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Margherita und ihre Schwester Chiara haben uns auch Restaurant Tipps gegeben! Margherita hat schon vor Anreise immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und dies hat während dem Aufenthalt auch nicht geändert. Chiara spricht auch französisch was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Eins der wenigen Unterkünfte in der Gegend von Cagli die unseren 3 Hunde akzeptieren, was für uns schon sehr toll ist! We enjoyed very much our staying at La Rocca. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished and has got everything you need. The garden is impeccable and very well looked after. If you love nature, this place is incredible, the position is on the top of a hill with a view all around. Anna, the owner is kind and happy to help.

Posizione tra le colline di Cagli, silenzio e panorama tutti da godere. La piscina pulitissima, con lettini e doccia e con una vista sulle colline stupenda. Alloggio (ciclamino) ampio e con zona esterna per mangiare e rilassarsi. Insomma una vacanza super piacevole!

L'alloggio di Franco e Miriam è immerso in un bellissimo giardino e gia questo ne vale il viaggio, posizione mooooolllltoooo comoda vicinissima all'uscita autostradale. Abbiamo viaggiato con bambini e un cane quindi goduto appieno dello spazio esterno. L'appartamento ha una cucina con tutto l'occorrente, una camera matrimoniale comoda, una cameretta con un letto e infine uno spazio antistante la cucina con un divano letto. Diciamo che sarebbe idilliaca per tre persone ma volendo 5 ci possono dormire considerando che si passa molto tempo fuori casa. Infine, la pulizia il top. Franco e Miriam persone molto perbene e gentili.

Silvia è stata professionale, attenta e sempre disponibile a supportare ogni nostra esigenza e necessità il tutto senza essere invadente. Estremamente gentile. L'appartamento rispettava quanto proposto nell'annuncio e anche di più. Fornito di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e funzionale. Lo spazio all'aperto è un'oasi di pace. Ottimo.

Il Capanno è una vera chicca, alloggio silenzioso e confortevole. I cugini Sanzio e Milva ci hanno accolto calorosamente lasciandoci anche una buonissima crostata. Ottima comunicazione con Roberto che è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Torneremo sicuramente!!!! ❤

Wir hatten ein schöne Woche in Debora’s Wohnung. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill und überdachter Terrasse ist toll angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Dank der Klimaanlage war es auch in der Wohnung immer angenehm. Es war alles da was wir brauchten; die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und da der Parkplatz direkt davor ist, gab es auch kein langes Schleppen von Koffern und Einkäufen. Da es einen kleinen Schlüsselsafe am Tor gab, waren wir was An- und Abreise betrifft flexibel. Die Kommunikation mit Debora ging reibungslos und zügig. Sie war uns eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können

Appartamento molto curato, pulito, ordinato, dotato di ogni comfort. Ottima posizione vicino al mare ed al centro. Onelio host cordiale, disponibile, puntuale, professionale, ringrazio per il check in anticipato!

La casa è bellissima sia all'interno che all'esterno, come anche il contesto in cui si trova. Il giardino è meraviglioso e vi trovate immersi nel verde in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Si sente un po' il rumore dell'autostrada, ma il suono è distante e ovattato, noi eravamo in 8 e non ha infastidito nessuno. Luogo recintato, adatto a famiglie con bambini e animali. Internamente è ben arredata con uno stile uniforme, quindi non trovate mobili abbinati a casaccio. I materassi sono comodi. Ci sono le zanzariere avvolgibili a tutte le finestre. Tutte le dotazioni della casa funzionano regolarmente. La casa si trova a 5 minuti di auto da tutto, mare, centro città, ipermercato. Giulia è un host ineccepibile, presenza assolutamente discreta che ci ha fatto vivere la casa come se fosse nostra, ma pronta e disponibile nel momento del bisogno. Assolutamente consigliato.

Casa pulita ed accogliente, a pochi passi dal mare. Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 persone senza problemi di spazio. Posizione strategica con varietà di bar e ristoranti sotto casa. Consigliata

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!
